XS650 - Builders Kit

TC Bros. Do it yourself exhaust kit for all years of the Yamaha XS650.

Kit Includes 2 flanges and collars to fit your stock XS650 head, 2 mandrel bent 90 degree pieces, 2 mandrel bent 180 degree pieces and 2 straight length pieces.

Tubing is 1.5 inch diameter 16 gauge mild steel and is bent on a 3" Centerline Radius. Flanges are 1/4 inch thick. Plenty of material is included to make just about any custom exhaust that you think of!

Steel Bungs 5/16-18 Threaded 1 inch Long by TC Bros Save time and create a super strong mount for just about anything on your bike using these fully threaded bungs. Proudly made in the USA from premium American 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding. These are a perfect match to our 3/8" counterbore style bungs for socket head bolts. These bungs are 3/4" diameter x 1" long and are tapped through with 5/16-18 threads. See photos for all dimensions. Sold in packs of 4.
