Your hip measurement is the most important measurement when choosing your size.

Start with your lower-hip measurement around the fullest part of your bottom. Then check your waist and choose your leg length. These are body circumferences, not flat garment widths.

Start with your hips. Sherrie has stretch; MotoGirl recommends the larger of two sizes when you are between sizes, to accommodate your hip measurement.

How to measure hips, waist & leg length

Lower hip: wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your bottom, keeping it level. Natural waist: breathe out normally and measure around the narrowest part of your torso, above the hip bones. Inside leg: measure from crotch to ankle and check the length with your riding boots. Make sure knee protection sits correctly when you are on the bike.
