Pick up in store is available, please select 'pick-up in store' and we will contact you to arrange a pick-up location until the new location is open Fall 2023 . Free local delivery is back until then (30 km radius) and available at checkout.

Perth County Moto wants to make sure you are happy with every purchase from us. We will gladly accept items for return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date of the original purchase (exclusions apply). Any product you return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Exclusions: Sale items, special orders, helmets, headwear, footwear, and opened/used parts. Re-stocking fee (20%) may apply.

ONLINE PURCHASE - Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click here, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund minus the cost of return shipping. Upon approval, refunds or store credit will be issued within 5 days.
If you are returning your online purchase in-store. Please complete the return request and on the screen with the return reason, leave a note 'Return in person - no shipping label required.' Please wait for the return request to be approved before returning the item to the store.
US & International Customers, if charges (shipping, duties, customs) are incurred by Perth County Moto, the amount will be provided and deducted from the final refund.

Wrong or Damaged Item Received: Please complete the return request and select 'wrong or damaged item' and we will contact you for further information. If approved, the shipping charges will be covered by Perth County Moto.
