1" Narrow Mini Apes Handlebars  

Our 8" Rise Narrow Mini Ape Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. They are CNC mandrel bent for ultra-smooth bends and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 8" of rise and sufficient pullback, these bars are very comfortable and fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models. They look great on any Harley, but especially good on Narrow glide front ends because, unlike most ape hangers on the market, the bottom of these bars are not wider than the trees.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Dimpled bars are drilled for internal wiring. 

Available in two finishes:  Triple chrome plated, or durable satin black powder coat.

1" Vintage Handlebar Control Kit with Master Cylinder & Clutch  Harley and Custom Motorcycle

Slim line master cylinder and clutch for 1" motorcycle handlebars. Fits Harley 'ring' type clutch cable found on EVO Sportsters and other models. Also includes an end for a barrel style clutch cable fitting. Some models may require clutch cable modification. 9/16" (14mm) bore for most single caliper/disc applications. Master cylinder uses DOT 5 Brake Fluid.

Includes 3/8"-24 banjo bolt and sealing washers.

Install Tips

Counterintuitive though it might seem, aerosol WD-40 spray lubricant is our chemical of choice for installing Biltwell moulded TPV grips. "But it's oil!" you say. Yes, but WD-40's combination of aerosol propellant and organic-based lubricant is perfect for sliding tight grips onto clean metal tubes. A quick 1- or 2-second blast into the open end of the grip is all it takes. Once installed, WD-40's chemical compound melts the grip interior just enough to make it stick to the bar like glue, without the mess. IMPORTANT: Wait 24 hours after installation before riding to give grips time to set up on the bars. Immediately after installation, you can add safety wire wraps to both ends of the grips; this old motocross trick works great to reduce grip slip on the bars and throttle tube. 

12" Narrow Apes Handlebars - 1"  

Our 12" Rise Narrow Apes Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. They are CNC mandrel bent for ultra-smooth bends and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 12" of rise and sufficient pullback, these bars are tall while remaining very comfortable. These bars generally require extended cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models. They look great on any Harley, but especially good on Narrow glide front ends because, unlike most ape hangers on the market, the bottom of these bars are not wider than the trees.

m.switch 3 button

New: Now also with 3 push-buttons per unit. 

The m.switch is a high-quality universal push-button control for handlebars with 1 in. or 22 mm (7/8 in.) tube diameter in a plain and elegant design. 

These finely CNC machined hand controls in combination with an electronic push-button control unit (not included in kit) are used to operate all electrical features, e.g. lights, turn signal, E-Starter, horn, etc. 

The casing is made from CNC machined billet aluminum and is available in mirror polished or reflective black finished surfaces respectively.
The compact design casing permits mounting two or more units on one handle bar. 

Each unit is equipped with two or three push buttons in black or stainless steel. Different looks matching or contrasting the casing can be combined freely. Two flush built-in M5 stainless steel mounting screws (only one screw on the three-button version) ensure secure and stable clamping of the push-button control to all handle bars. 

The push-buttons are of high quality, very robust design and vibration- and spray water-proof (IP65). The adequate size and ergonomic pressure point (easy, mechanical detent) provide for a definite actuation sensing - even when operated with gloves. This feedback allows shifting without the need to check the operation. 

Each push-button is equipped with two terminals for an easy optional circuit layout with only one or two cables. The internal ground terminal is already provided for the 'one cable layout'. Therefore, the routing of the cable inside the handle bar can be performed easily. 

The push-buttons are available separately and can be replaced if damaged. The m.switch is of course compatible to all common push-button controls, e.g. the m-Unit.

 1" Rabbit Handlebars - Chrome 

Our 1" Rabbit Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The uprights of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 10" of pullback and an 18" overall width, these bars are super comfortable and pay tribute to the traditional chopper styling made famous in the 1970’s. These bars are designed for custom chopper applications, but usually fit stock cables and brake lines on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "dimpled" to fit 1982-newer OEM Harley hand controls or "Smooth" for custom applications, pre-1982 Harley controls, or aftermarket hand controls.

TC Bros. 1" Bootlegger Handlebars 

Our 1" Bootlegger Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The unique, 3-bend design is produced on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The bungs on the bottom of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 9.5" of rise, sufficient pullback, and a 25" overall width, these bars are narrow, unique, and comfortable for the long rides. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Torker Grips - Grey

Diamond pillow surfacing is comfortable but wears like the sole on a boot. No inside flange makes our Torker grip a great choice for aftermarket throttles—clean and lean.
