Mini Chopper Mirror Black 3"

We all need a mirror but we don't want them. These small mirrors are a great compromise!

Please Note:

• Each mirror is sold individually. If you want a pair, please order two. 
• Mirrors are sold with or without a clamp

You can use this on either side of your bars stock controls with some minor modification. On the clutch side, just drill the hole all the way through the mirror perch, and cut the height in half so you can bolt this mirror in place. With a hacksaw and a drill, it will take you about 5 minutes! These are not direct thread in parts. 

 1" Rabbit Handlebars - Chrome 

Our 1" Rabbit Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The uprights of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 10" of pullback and an 18" overall width, these bars are super comfortable and pay tribute to the traditional chopper styling made famous in the 1970’s. These bars are designed for custom chopper applications, but usually fit stock cables and brake lines on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "dimpled" to fit 1982-newer OEM Harley hand controls or "Smooth" for custom applications, pre-1982 Harley controls, or aftermarket hand controls.

Available in two finishes: Triple Chrome plated, or durable satin black powdercoat.

TC Bros. 1" Bootlegger Handlebars 

Our 1" Bootlegger Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The unique, 3-bend design is produced on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The bungs on the bottom of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 9.5" of rise, sufficient pullback, and a 25" overall width, these bars are narrow, unique, and comfortable for the long rides. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls.

Available in two finishes: Triple chrome plated, or durable satin black powdercoat.

mst Streamline Cup

The mst Streamline Cup is used for mounting all tiny series analogue speedometers on the handlebar. The intended use of these stylish brackets is the mounting of all 49 mm instruments of the tiny series to handlebars with a diameter of 22 mm and/or 1 in. The cups are completely turned and machined from solid aluminum. The mounting clamp is precisely laser-cut from aluminum and shaped and is used for an easy but secure mounting on the handlebar.

All mounting screws are stainless steel. Diameter 56 mm, Length 60 mm

msp Breakout Box B

All motoscope pro indicator lights, temperature, and oil pressure signal cables are connected to the msp Breakout Box B.

Whiskey Throttle 1" Single Cable - Polished

Another classic Biltwell DIY part for home and pro bike builders. Our Whiskey throttle is available in two sizes and two surface finishes and includes everything you need to give your motorcycle cockpit vintage chopper style with modern MX throttle snap and feel.

Our Whiskey throttle is designed for DIY installation on custom motorcycles and is constructed with investment-cast clamshells and a CNC lathe-turned 6061 T-6 aluminum throttle tube. These components give a well-tuned Whiskey throttle its distinctive snap and allow builders to use a wide range of moulded rubber grips. Four Harley-specific cable ferrules included with each assembly interface with a wide model-year range of Motor Company cables.

Handlebar Riser Adapter for Springer Front Ends 3.5" centers - Black

Use this bracket to adapt your 4.75" springer riser spacing to the more common 3.5" spacing found on standard Harley front ends. This enables you to run many different styles of handlebars on your aftermarket springer front end including riserless handlebars with 3.5" spacing. Note that this adapter will NOT work with risers that are "bolt-thru" style (such as TCB Part #101-0040, #101-0041, #101-0042, #101-0043). Any handlebar risers used with this adapter must be internally threaded with 1/2-13 internal threads. Please also note that this adapter only fits AFTERMARKET springer front ends with 1/2-20 internal threads (brands such as Moto Iron, Paughco, DNA, Hardbody, etc.). This adapter does not fit OEM Harley springer front ends as they have larger diameter riser threads.

Yamaha XS650 Forward Controls Kit

MSM Combi Frame with Indicator Lights

The msm combi frame allows installation of motoscope mini to the handle bar with additional mounting hardware. 5 indicator lights and series resistors are pre-installed. The device is machined from solid aluminum and available in an anodized or polished finish. 

The combi frame comes with approx. 50 cm cable, screws, and manual. Additional mounting parts like the combi Clip-Kit Bracket, combi Bolt-On Bracket, combi Weld-In Bracket or combi Mounting Bracket are required. The motoscope mini itself is not included. 

Please note the two orange LEDs are replaced with green ones according to EU regulations since 2011.

Dyna Mid Controls Kit Fits

Fitment Notes:

• Kit includes everything required to install on a 1991-2017 Dyna that came with factory Harley mid controls. If you have a model that came with factory forward controls, additional hardware is required for install. Cost and difficulty varies greatly depending on year & model. For example, 2006-2017 forward controls models are most costly to convert because they require removal/installation of inner and outer primary. Please see table in the install instructions for the list of additional hardware needed before purchase.

Torker Grips - Oxblood

Diamond pillow surfacing is comfortable but wears like the sole on a boot. No inside flange makes our Torker grip a great choice for aftermarket throttles—clean and lean.

Install Tips

Counterintuitive though it might seem, aerosol WD-40 spray lubricant is our chemical of choice for installing Biltwell moulded TPV grips. "But it's oil!" you say. Yes, but WD-40's combination of aerosol propellant and organic-based lubricant is perfect for sliding tight grips onto clean metal tubes. A quick 1- or 2-second blast into the open end of the grip is all it takes. Once installed, WD-40's chemical compound melts the grip interior just enough to make it stick to the bar like glue, without the mess. IMPORTANT: Wait 24 hours after installation before riding to give grips sufficient time to set up on the bars. Immediately after installation, you can add safety wire wraps to both ends of the grips; this old motocross trick works great to reduce grip slip on the bars and throttle tube.

 1" throttles are the perfect solution for eliminating the bulky throttle/switch housings on custom Harley Davidson motorcycles. The minimalist design features an investment cast aluminum housing with classic good looks. The billet aluminum grip tube is CNC machined with a knurled finish to accept a huge variety of aftermarket rubber grips. If you already have one-piece grips (grip with built-in throttle tube) that you love, it is no problem. The unique housing design also accommodates nearly every stock or aftermarket Harley one-piece style grip by simply installing it in place of the included TC Bros. throttle tube. Each throttle includes a variety of HD-style chrome plated ferrules (both threaded and snap lock style) to allow universal fitment of many years, makes, and models.
