XS650 - Builders Kit

TC Bros. Do it yourself exhaust kit for all years of the Yamaha XS650.

Kit Includes 2 flanges and collars to fit your stock XS650 head, 2 mandrel bent 90 degree pieces, 2 mandrel bent 180 degree pieces and 2 straight length pieces.

Tubing is 1.5 inch diameter 16 gauge mild steel and is bent on a 3" Centerline Radius. Flanges are 1/4 inch thick. Plenty of material is included to make just about any custom exhaust that you think of!

Exhaust Baffles for 1.75" Exhaust

These baffles are easily installed on any straight tip exhaust pipes. They are approximately 4" long. Each baffle is sold individually.

These baffles fit the straight cut versions of our exhaust models : 

• Backdraft Exhaust - Honda Shadow VT600 VLX600 88-07
• Backdraft Exhaust - Honda VT750 - 2004 & Up Aero Phantom Spirit
• Backdraft Exhaust - Honda VT750 Spirit, ACE, Aero, RS
• Magnus V Upsweep Exhaust - Honda Shadow VT600 VLX600

These baffles install in only minutes using the included hardware. To install measure how far in you want the baffle to be, and drill a small hole to bolt the baffle in. EASY!

Exhaust Gaskets for Honda Shadow - VT600, VT750, and VT1100

• Sold in pairs
• May be different colours than what is shown in photo

Always remove your old gaskets and install new ones when you remove your exhaust.

NOTE:  The VT600 gaskets are 2 different sizes.  The smaller gasket goes in the rear port and the larger gasket goes in the forward port. Depending on availability you may receive a green or a copper gasket in this kit. They function the same.
