The m.switch is a high-quality universal push-button control for handlebars with 1 in. or 22 mm (7/8 in.) tube diameter in a plain and elegant design. 

These finely CNC machined hand controls in combination with an electronic push-button control unit (not included in the kit) are used to operate all electrical features, e.g. lights, turn signal, E-Starter, horn, etc. 

The casing is made from CNC machined billet aluminum and is available in mirror polished or reflective black finished surfaces respectively.
The compact design casing permits mounting two or more units on one handlebar. 

Each unit is equipped with two or three push buttons in black or stainless steel. Different looks matching or contrasting the casing can be combined freely. Two flush built-in M5 stainless steel mounting screws (only one screw on the three-button version) ensure secure and stable clamping of the push-button control to all handlebars. 

The push-buttons are of high quality, very robust design and vibration- and spray water-proof (IP65). The adequate size and ergonomic pressure point (easy, mechanical detent) provide for a definite actuation sensing - even when operated with gloves. This feedback allows shifting without the need to check the operation. 

Each push-button is equipped with two terminals for an easy optional circuit layout with only one or two cables. The internal ground terminal is already provided for the 'one cable layout'. Therefore, the routing of the cable inside the handlebar can be performed easily. 

The push buttons are available separately and can be replaced if damaged. The m.switch is of course compatible with all common push-button controls, e.g. the m-Unit.

Jockey Shifter and Suicide Clutch Kit - VT600 - All Years

The BOLT-ON Jockey Shifter and Suicide Clutch Kit for the Honda Shadow VT600, VLX600 is the first of its kind to be produced for the Honda Shadow motorcycle!

The Jockey Shift and Suicide Clutch Kit for bobbers and choppers is a breeze to install, requiring zero fabrication, you will only need a few wrenches, and some allen/hex keys to get your bike rolling!  The Aluminum Shift knob is threaded at 3/8-16".  This is an amazing upgrade for your Honda Shadow!

You can use your stock clutch cable or pick up a 2" shorter clutch cable! The kit will come partially assembled, you will need to use Loctite and adjust everything before you ride. Tighten the Jockey Shift set screws down tightly!

Each Suicide Clutch Kit will include a replacement forward engine mount bolt and 3 stainless cap head screws to bolt the clutch backing plate to your stator case! Jockey Shifters will include the adapter, arm, hardware, and TJ Brutal Customs aluminum shift knob which threads onto the shifter arm.

**Note:  Please use loc-tite on all threads before riding. For case, bolts use anti- seize**

The Suicide Clutch Kit DOES NOT fit the VT750, however, the Jockey Shifter arm will.

7/8" Lane Splitter Handlebars  

TC Bros. Choppers 7/8" Lane Splitter™ Handlebars are made in the USA from 7/8 inch OD x 0.095" wall premium American steel tubing. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. These bars feature a black powdercoat finish for durability and great looks. The 9.25" rise and 3" pullback result in a comfortable riding position, while the angled uprights give a one of a kind look!  1" Whiskey Handlebars 

Our 1" Whiskey Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The uprights of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. The 30 degree forward sweep in the uprights makes the bars sit perpendicular to the ground on most Harley models with stock rake front ends. With 6" of rise at the grips, and a 24" overall width, these bars are narrow while providing an aggressive look and feel for your bike. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls.

Available in two finishes: Triple chrome plated, or durable satin black powdercoat.

Install Tips

Counterintuitive though it might seem, aerosol WD-40 spray lubricant is our chemical of choice for installing Biltwell moulded TPV grips. "But it's oil!" you say. Yes, but WD-40's combination of aerosol propellant and organic-based lubricant is perfect for sliding tight grips onto clean metal tubes. A quick 1- or 2-second blast into the open end of the grip is all it takes. Once installed, WD-40's chemical compound melts the grip interior just enough to make it stick to the bar like glue, without the mess. IMPORTANT: Wait 24 hours after installation before riding to give grips time to set up on the bars. Immediately after installation, you can add safety wire wraps to both ends of the grips; this old motocross trick works great to reduce grip slip on the bars and throttle tube. 

Chrome Dual Handlebar Button Switch Kit

This CNC machined chrome handlebar mounted dual microswitch can be used to operate horns, kill switch, turn signals, starter relay, or just about anything you can think of! Compact design keeps your bars tidy. This switch is set up to run wiring through your handlebars. This switch housing requires drilling your handlebars. (Note: use relays for high current loads such as starter)

Add a nice billet touch to your ride by changing your stock Control Clamps. Our OG Billet Clutch / Brake Perch Clamps are machined from a solid block of 6061 Aluminum. Simply the best bang for the buck quality-wise.

The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The uprights of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 10" of pullback and an 18" overall width, these bars are super comfortable and pay tribute to the traditional chopper styling made famous in the 1970’s. These bars are designed for custom chopper applications, but usually fit stock cables and brake lines on most Harley models.

Available in one configuration: "Smooth" for custom applications, pre-1982 Harley controls, or aftermarket hand controls.

These are not currently available "dimple" to fit 1982-newer OEM Harley hand controls.

Another classic Biltwell DIY part for home and pro bike builders. Our Whiskey throttle is available in two sizes and two surface finishes and includes everything you need to give your motorcycle cockpit vintage chopper style with modern MX throttle snap and feel.

Our Whiskey throttle is designed for DIY installation on custom motorcycles and is constructed with investment-cast clamshells and a CNC lathe-turned 6061 T-6 aluminum throttle tube. These components give a well-tuned Whiskey throttle its distinctive snap and allow builders to use a wide range of moulded rubber grips. Four Harley-specific cable ferrules included with each assembly interface with a wide model-year range of Motor Company cables.
