The mst Vintage Cup is used for mounting of the mst vintage on 22 mm and 1 in. handlebars. Brass cup for the tiny series, especially the mst vintage - lavishly turned/machined from solid metal. 'Used look' to match with the Vintage instrument. Each cup is unique due to the manually coated patina.

Secure mounting on 22 mm handlebars with polished handlebar clamp. The real 'eye-catcher' for every custom bike. Diameter 56 mm, Length 60 mm.

The motoscope mini is a highly compact digital instrument for motorbikes. 

The LED display we created for the motoscope mini is unique in the instrument realm. 251 ultra bright LEDs provide for an essentially rimless and extremely readable display surface which can entirely be used for the display of readings. This intricate and innovative technology combines a maximum of display surface with minimal casing dimensions. 

The unadorned and elegant design of the motoscope mini and its high class appearance fits every bike, trike or four-wheel vehicle. Exposed mounting can reinforce style and looks, but it might just as well be installed more discretely and 'clean' - with the mini, everything is possible!

Casing

The high-quality aluminium casing is machined from solid metal and its surface is black anodized. The mirror polished variant has its own appeal. Electronics come completely moulded-in and are immune to weather, water, dust and vibrations.

Display and features

The innovative, ultra bright 251-LED dot matrix shows the engine speed in a scalable horizontal bargraph and all other features as easily readable numeric values. With the push of a button, the engine speed can be displayed as numerical value (rpm) as well. 

For optimal readability in dark, sunlight and dawn conditions, the LED luminosity varies automatically. 

Specific engine speed thresholds can be programmed for the display to show the maximum permissible engine speed ('red zone') or a gear shift light with all LEDs pulsating simultaneously. 

The kicker: The display of the motoscope mini not only displays numeric values from left to right but from top to bottom as well. Thus, the instrument may also be mounted vertically!

Operation

You can toggle between the different informations on the LED display by operating the provided menu push-button or e.g. the headlight flasher push-button on the handle bar. 

By default, the display shows the speed value. Other values may be displayed via push-button operation if needed. A feature for automatically switching back to the speed value after a predetermined time or leaving the manually chosen value on the display is provided. 

Default settings or recorded values are of course stored even with the power supply switched off.

Mounting

Due to its compact dimensions, the motoscope mini is easily mounted just about anywhere on any vehicle. Single mount on your triple clamp or right onto the handle bar, embedded into already present instrument panels, into the tank or FBE - this instrument is applicable anywhere. 

We offer universal mounts as well as brand specific solutions e.g. for Buell or Harley-Davidson. Please refer to 'Mounting'.

Connection and sensors

Hassle-free wiring and the detailed installation and operating instructions enables even users without any previous experience in handling the vehicles electrical system to connect this instrument. 

The supplied speedometer sensor in stainless steel is very small (M5/25 mm). The 1.5 m connector cable easily connects it to the front or back wheel. This permits easy conversions of originally mechanical speedometer drives. 

The motoscope mini is compatible with various original speedometer sensors (reed contact and proximity sensors) used by motorbike manufacturers. In these cases, only the terminals have to be connected while the installation of mechanical sensors will be completely obsolete. 

An intelligent 'teaching' function provides for easy speedometer calibration - even in cases of vehicles with sensors at the gear box.

The motoscope pro is the most recent generation of motogadget's digital dashboard series.

Cutting-edge technology enables us to create ultra-slim casing designs. 734 LEDs - governed by a 16-bit RISC processor - create an almost rimless, self-illuminating display matrix. It provides optimal readability even under conditions of direct sunlight. Automatic brightness control is a matter of course.

The rev-counter is displayed fully scalable via the analog LED band with a drag indicator function. The main and secondary displays are user-configurable. Another display section shows the gear currently engaged.

Four indicator lights are pre-installed and can be used for far more input signals via the Breakout Boxes. The motoscope pro is equipped with a fully-fledged CAN-bus interface and thus ready for many of tomorrow's developments like for example the plug 'n ride Breakout-Box Triumph (please see tab 'Triumph' above).

The dashboard communicates over a proprietary digital one-wire bus (m-Bus) with additional Breakout Boxes to easily expand the application spectrum. This makes the dashboard highly versatile and makes application to a wide range of vehicles and tasks possible.

The billet aluminum casing is CNC-machined and is easily mounted by two backside threaded holes. The instrument is equipped with an ABE and does not have to be registered.

Please order the Breakout Box to connect indicator light signals (see Breakout Box Std.) or to connect digital bus systems (Triumph, H-D) additionally. For BMW R9T a Breakout Box is not necessary.

Convenient screw-type terminals make child's play of the interconnections. The compact dimensions facilitate the hidden mounting of the box and the numerous cables connected to it anywhere on the vehicle.

Between the box and the motoscope pro just one cable is required (mo.bus). The msp Breakout Box is moulded-in waterproof and vibration-resistant.

The mst Streamline Cup is used for mounting all tiny series analogue speedometers on the handlebar. The intended use of these stylish brackets is the mounting of all 49 mm instruments of the tiny series to handlebars with a diameter of 22 mm and/or 1 in. The cups are completely turned and machined from solid aluminum. The mounting clamp is precisely laser-cut from aluminum and shaped and is used for an easy but secure mounting on the handlebar.

All mounting screws are stainless steel. Diameter 56 mm, Length 60 mm

The msm combi frame allows installation of motoscope mini to the handle bar with additional mounting hardware. 5 indicator lights and series resistors are pre-installed. The device is machined from solid aluminium and available in anodized or polished finish. 

The combi frame comes with approx. 50 cm cable, screws and manual. Additional mounting parts like the combi Clip-Kit Bracket, combi Bolt-On Bracket, combi Weld-In Bracket or combi Mounting Bracket are required. The motoscope mini itself is not included. 

Please note the two orange LEDs are replaced with green ones according to EU regulations since 2011.
