Mini Chopper Mirror Black 3"

We all need a mirror but we don't want them. These small mirrors are a great compromise!

Please Note:

• Each mirror is sold individually. If you want a pair, please order two. 
• Mirrors are sold with or without a clamp

You can use this on either side of your bars stock controls with some minor modification. On the clutch side, just drill the hole all the way through the mirror perch, and cut the height in half so you can bolt this mirror in place. With a hacksaw and a drill, it will take you about 5 minutes! These are not direct thread in parts.

Our new kits have been upgraded with complete slide assemblies so you wont need to follow the below instructions unless you have one of our older versions of this kit. 

You will need to remove the two plastic retainer rings on your stock slide in order to install the new diaphragms. A small set of dikes is all that's needed to clip them off. Install the diaphragm gently from the top of the slide. Be careful they can tear easily if you muscle them too hard or install them from the bottom. This diaphragm will hold itself in place in the channel at the top of your slide. When re-installing your slides, make sure the vent hole at the bottom of the slide is facing the cylinder head side of the carb. 

Be very careful when installing these diaphragms, they are fragile and soft and can tear very easily.
Once the old diaphragm is removed, install the new diaphragm from the top of the slide don't attempt to shove the thing up from the bottom of the slide. This will guarantee you tear the slide! Use your fingernail to gently push the inner rib into the channel at the top of the slide. again the key word here is GENTLE!

TC Bros. 1" Bootlegger Handlebars 

Our 1" Bootlegger Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The unique, 3-bend design is produced on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The bungs on the bottom of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 9.5" of rise, sufficient pullback, and a 25" overall width, these bars are narrow, unique, and comfortable for the long rides. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls.

mst Streamline Cup

The mst Streamline Cup is used for mounting all tiny series analogue speedometers on the handlebar. The intended use of these stylish brackets is the mounting of all 49 mm instruments of the tiny series to handlebars with a diameter of 22 mm and/or 1 in. Handlebar Riser Adapter for Springer Front Ends 3.5" centers - Black

Use this bracket to adapt your 4.75" springer riser spacing to the more common 3.5" spacing found on standard Harley front ends. This enables you to run many different styles of handlebars on your aftermarket springer front end including riserless handlebars with 3.5" spacing. Note that this adapter will NOT work with risers that are "bolt-thru" style (such as TCB Part #101-0040, #101-0041, #101-0042, #101-0043). Any handlebar risers used with this adapter must be internally threaded with 1/2-13 internal threads. Please also note that this adapter only fits AFTERMARKET springer front ends with 1/2-20 internal threads (brands such as Moto Iron, Paughco, DNA, Hardbody, etc.). XS650 Billet Aluminum Intake Manifolds allow fitment of aftermarket 34-36mm Mikuni VM Roundslide carburetors to 1970-1984 Yamaha XS650 and TX650 models.

Get rid of your cracked and leaking rubber intake manifolds and replace them with our super trick CNC machined billet aluminum racing intakes. These are very sturdy and improve flow to your motor. They are perfect when installing aftermarket carbs. Your stock rubber intakes are not designed to support the weight your carbs without your stock airboxes installed, causing them to crack over time. Our aluminum intakes are much stronger and will not crack.

Kit includes stainless steel hoseclamps that will never rust.

These will fit aftermarket 34-36mm Mikuni VM Roundslide Carbs ONLY. Will not fit stock 34mm CV or BS, stock 38mm, or Mikuni 38mm VM Roundslide Carbs.

MSM Combi Frame with Indicator Lights

The msm combi frame allows installation of motoscope mini to the handle bar with additional mounting hardware. 5 indicator lights and series resistors are pre-installed. The device is machined from solid aluminum and available in an anodized or polished finish. 

The combi frame comes with approx. 50 cm cable, screws, and manual. Additional mounting parts like the combi Clip-Kit Bracket, combi Bolt-On Bracket, combi Weld-In Bracket or combi Mounting Bracket are required. The motoscope mini itself is not included. 

Please note the two orange LEDs are replaced with green ones according to EU regulations since 2011.
