How to measure your base layer

Lay the base layer flat, align the waistband edges and leave the stretch fabric relaxed. Do not pull it taut.

Waist: measure straight across the top of the aligned waistband.
Hip: measure straight across the widest part of the seat.
Inseam: measure along the inside leg, from the crotch seam to the hem.
Ankle: measure straight across the leg opening at the hem.
