Engine

• Installed new Siebenrock cylinder, pistons and rings (purchased from Mat Gil at MMMotowerks in Sarnia)
• Heads sent to Ted Porter at Beemershop in California
• New crankcase breather
• New rear main seal and newel pump ring
• Installed new valve adjusting bolts
• Installed new choke and throttle cables
• Ultrasonic cleaned carbs and installed new Bing Agency kit
• Installed new spark plug wires and plugs

Transmission & Clutch

• Gearbox rebuilt by Mat Gill at MMMotowerks in Sarnia
• Installed new clutch plate and diaphram spring (purchased from Wolf BMW)
• Installed new adjustable shifter rod (external)
• Installed new neutral switch

Final Drive

• Found original final drive had a chipped and missing tooth. Mat from MMMotowerks rebuilt a used one he had 32/10 3.20
• Installed new brake shoes

Front End

• Installed 1982 R100RT front forks with Brembo brakes
• Installed new Wilbers fork springs (purchased from Ted's Beemershop)
• Installed new front brake pads
• Installed new steering head bearings
• Installed new fork gators and new hand protectors (from GS model)
• Installed upper triple clamp (purchased from San Jose BMW)
• Installed new SS brake lines plastic coated (purchased from Ted's Beemershop)

Misc

• Installed new horns (purchased from Max BMW)
• New LED tail light (purchased from Ted's Beemershop)
• Installed original side stand from Roland; new bolts, spacers and springs from Max BMW
• Installed new tires and tubes. Front: Metzelar Lasertec. Rear: Metzelar ME 77. IRC tubes.
• Installed new brake light switch on brake lever (Wolf BMW)
• Installed new foot peg rubbers
• Installed new rear mudflap (Max BMW)
• Installed new battery 2025
