Leather Cushion Washers with 3/8 inch Hole 10 pack

These leather washers are perfect for protecting your paint and are more durable than rubber. The cushioning & dampening effect that these washers provide is perfect for installing between your frame and mounting tabs found on gas tanks, fenders, oil tanks, or anything else you want to protect from vibration. Also great for use under solo seat springs to prevent squeaking. Dimensions are 1 inch diameter x 3/8 inch hole x 1/8 inch thick. Sold in pack of 10 washers.

Weld On Solo Seat Spring Mounts

TC Bros. Choppers pair of Custom Weld on Chopper/Bobber Solo Seat Spring mounts.

Great for torsion style seat springs.

CNC Machined from 1018 cold rolled steel and are ready to weld on. 
Stainless Steel Studs are 5/16"-18 thread and base is 1" diameter with a 1 1/8" radius coped into the mount. Easily fits 1" and 1 1/4" cross tubes.

Kit Includes 2 CNC Machined mild steel mounts, 2 stainless steel washers, 2 stainless steel studs, 2 nylock nuts. (seat springs not included).

Just like their front seat pivot these are universal and can fit endless applications.

Steel Handlebar Internal Riser Bungs 1/2-13 Threaded 

TC Bros. bungs are perfect for building custom riser-less handlebars. Proudly made in the USA from premium American 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding.

These bungs are designed to fit inside 1" outer diameter steel tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .120" (11 gauge). A machined chamfer allows for proper weld penetration. These bungs feature 1/2-13 internal threads for mounting to Harley Davidson® style triple trees. Your handlebar mounting bolts pass through the bottom of the triple trees and thread into these bungs for a much cleaner installation as compared to traditional clamp style risers.

The 1" diameter is a perfect match to your tubing and the 1-1/4" overall length allows for sufficient thread engagement. See photos for all dimensions.
