The vest heats front and back and on the highest setting with a fully charged power bank, you should get around 3 hours of warmth.

To use, simply plug in your fully charged power bank and press and hold the power button on the front of the vest to turn it on. Press the power button one, two, or three times depending on the level of heat needed.
