3D Arai Logo Duct
The new 3D Arai logo duct — just 3.5mm in depth — feeds two central 10mm intake ports, a first for Arai and made possible by the PB-cLc2 shell construction. At 31 mph it channels 40% more airflow; at 74.5 mph, 7% more. A short-stroke lever at the top opens and closes the duct easily with gloves. The duct is designed to break away upon impact.
Aerodynamic Rear Spoiler with One-Piece Exhaust Function
The one-piece aerodynamic rear exhaust/spoiler, operated by a 3-way switch, is inspired by the DF-X2 of the Corsair-X but redesigned for touring use — and tested up to 300 km/h at Suzuka. It efficiently draws air while smoothing airflow over and around the helmet, improving stability and reducing buffeting at highway speeds. Designed to crush or break away upon impact, it has no influence on protective performance.
Air-Scoop Chin Vent
The 3-position (open, midway, and closed) sliding air-scoop chin vent flows a larger intake volume of air and features a replaceable filter. The actuating mechanism is easy to use with gloves.
Intercom Accommodation
Designed to fit and connect a communication system easily on the shell exterior — without any compromise to the protection offered by the inner EPS liner. A neck roll wire pocket allows installers to neatly tuck away excess wiring for a clean finish.
Outer Shell: PB-cLc2
The Contour-X uses Arai's Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction (PB-cLc2) for lightweight strength. An updated material replaces the AR-mat to reduce weight while maintaining rigidity. An extra layer of Super Fiber belting reinforces a crucial area and provides flat sides for easy intercom fitment.
5mm Wider Opening
The shell flares 5mm around the opening, making it easier to put on and take off — particularly helpful for riders new to Arai's snug initial fit.

Queen Bee Motorcycle Gloves
The Queen Bee Motorcycle gloves are designed specifically for women. They have a smaller, more snug fit across the palm so they don't feel baggy when you're wearing them compared to wearing small men's gloves.
They are 100% leather and also feature tech leather in the thumb and index finger so you can still use your phone without having to take your gear off. We've used smaller knuckle armour to get a better fit and stretch panels for comfort. The Queen Bee gloves are also a bit longer up the wrist to help with jackets that may be a little too short in the arm length for you.
The palm and side have a double layer of leather with quilted diamond stitching. The top of the wrist has an adjustable velcro strap for a snug fit with an embossed Black Arrow logo. They are also fully lined.
Note: The Queen Bee gloves are a snug fit but will stretch and break in with wear. If you prefer a roomy glove to start with, order a size up.
