XS650 - Builders Kit

TC Bros. Do it yourself exhaust kit for all years of the Yamaha XS650.

Kit Includes 2 flanges and collars to fit your stock XS650 head, 2 mandrel bent 90 degree pieces, 2 mandrel bent 180 degree pieces and 2 straight length pieces.

Tubing is 1.5 inch diameter 16 gauge mild steel and is bent on a 3" Centerline Radius. Flanges are 1/4 inch thick. Plenty of material is included to make just about any custom exhaust that you think of!

All tubing is 1.75" OD x 16ga Wall (.065" Thick) American Made mild steel for superior weldability. All bends are 3.5" centerline radius and are produced using a CNC mandrel bender for accuracy and maximum exhaust flow. Kit includes qty 2 90 degree bends, 2 180 degree bends, 3 straight tubing pieces, 2 U-channel mounts, and the proper heavy duty, TIG welded, ¼" thick flange set to fit your STD head bike with a leak free seal.

This DIY kit is the perfect way to build the unique looking set of pipes you desire.

XS650 Billet Aluminum Intake Manifolds allow fitment of aftermarket 34-36mm Mikuni VM Roundslide carburetors to 1970-1984 Yamaha XS650 and TX650 models.

Get rid of your cracked and leaking rubber intake manifolds and replace them with our super trick CNC machined billet aluminum racing intakes. These are very sturdy and improve flow to your motor. They are perfect when installing aftermarket carbs. Your stock rubber intakes are not designed to support the weight your carbs without your stock airboxes installed, causing them to crack over time. Our aluminum intakes are much stronger and will not crack.

Kit includes stainless steel hoseclamps that will never rust.

These will fit aftermarket 34-36mm Mikuni VM Roundslide Carbs ONLY. Will not fit stock 34mm CV or BS, stock 38mm, or Mikuni 38mm VM Roundslide Carbs.
