Heavy Duty Rubber Mounting Triangular Tab

TC Bros. universal fit, weld-on rubber mounting tabs are CNC laser cut from 1/4" thick American made mild steel for easy welding.

The CNC machined, 6061 aluminum tophat style spacer and military spec rubber grommet perform under the most demanding rigid frame applications. Included 5/16"-18 x 1" stainless steel button head mounting bolt looks great and is very corrosion resistant.

These tabs save you a lot of time on your build and provide you with professional quality results. Perfect for mounting oil tanks, gas tanks, or any other component that can be easily damaged by excessive vibration. Sold individually.

External Weld-On Cable/Wire Guide

Looking for a way to clean up your cables and/ or wiring? The folks at Prism Supply Co. have you covered! These weld-on cable guides are perfect for cable and wire route planning during your build. With both an internal and external wiring option, your wiring will look cleaner than anyone else's! 

• Work perfectly for electrical wires, throttle cables, clutch cables, and brake cables
• These come in raw steel.
• Can be welded/ brazed on.
• Can work with either throttle cable or electrical wires.

5/16" Counterbore Bungs

These bungs are sold as a pair and can be purchased as mild or stainless steel and allow for the head of an allen bolt to sit flush inside. 

Outside measurements are as follows:

• 3/4" diameter
• .625" long

1/8" NPT Steel Bung

TC Bros. 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) bungs are most commonly used for oil tank fittings or when building custom fuel level sight gauges.

Proudly made in the USA from premium American 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding.

Note: NPT threads are tapered. They are only designed to be used with corresponding NPT threaded fittings or pipe. The tapered design allows the threads to create a leak-proof seal when tightened. They are not to be used with standard bolts or hardware. These bungs install easily by inserting into a 5/8" diameter hole and welding around the 7/8" diameter flange. See photos for all dimensions.
