3/8-16 Threaded 1-1/2" Long Steel Bung

Save time and create a super strong mount for just about anything on your bike using these fully threaded bungs. Proudly made in the USA from premium American 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding. The extra long length of these bungs allows you to install bolts from both sides simultaneously, or you can easily trim to the exact length your application requires. These bungs are 3/4" diameter x 1-1/2" long and are tapped through with 3/8-16 threads. See photos for all dimensions. Sold in pairs.

Heavy-duty design performs under the most demanding rigid frame applications. 5/16" diameter hole works perfectly with 5/16" hardware and is the proper size for you to tap to 3/8-16 if a threaded hole is needed. Tab is coped to fit perfectly to 1-1/8" diameter frame tubing but is a very easy fit to both 1" and 1-1/4" diameter as well. Save yourself a lot of time on your build by using these tabs to mount almost anything.

Horseshoe Oil Tank For 1982-2003 Sportster Hardtail Kit

TC Bros. Horseshoe Oil Tank is beautifully constructed from 14ga steel. It is 100% TIG welded and pressure tested in the USA by skilled craftsmen. 3-quart capacity provides an ample supply of oil for your motorcycle.

Designed to fit perfectly on the TC Bros hardtail kit for 1982-2003 Sportster utilizing TC Bros rigid mount seats (King & Queen, Cobra, or Solo).

Included mounting kit works in conjunction with TC Bros. seat mounting kits #106-0079 or #106-0080 allowing for easy installation and seat hardware access. If using with a different seat (sprung solo, etc.) additional mounting tabs/hardware may be required.

Accepts stock Harley Sportster oil tank filler caps

These bungs are sold as a pair and can be purchased as mild or stainless steel and allow for the head of an allen bolt to sit flush inside.
