Weld-On Rear Ribbed Fender Mount

universal fit, weld-on ribbed fender mounting bracket is constructed from a single piece of 1/4" thick American made mild steel for easy welding.

Vintage style curves and contours provide eye appeal while the 5/16" diameter mounting holes make for a simple installation. 1018Mild Steel CNC Machined bungs are provided to weld directly to your ribbed fender.

This fender bracket is most commonly used to mount ribbed fenders to a frame cross member. The straight portion of the bracket is easily trimmed to length to fit your application.

Combine this bracket with a set of our universal fender struts (SKU #104-0008) and you have a fender mounting system that will withstand the most demanding rigid frame applications. Sold individually.

Weld-On Rear Fender Mount for Bobbers and Choppers

universal fit, weld-on fender mounting bracket is constructed from a single piece of 1/4" thick American made mild steel for easy welding.

Vintage style curves and contours provide eye appeal while the 5/16" diameter mounting holes make for a simple installation. Leather washers are provided to prevent paint damage and provide vibration resistance. This fender bracket is most commonly used to mount flat profile fenders (4.5" minimum width) to a frame cross member. The straight portion of the bracket is easily trimmed to length to fit your application. Although this bracket is designed to best fit flat profile fenders, we have found that it works well to mount TC Bros. SKU #105-0136 rear fender because the center portion of the fender is a very large radius (nearly flat).

Combine this bracket with a set of our universal fender struts (SKU #104-0008) and you have a fender mounting system that will withstand the most demanding rigid frame applications. Sold individually.

TC Bros-Kickback Sissy Bar DIY Kit

This is exactly what you need for a sissy bar that fits your bike perfectly!

Kit includes a precision CNC bent sissy bar hoop, axle plate mounting tabs, 3/8-16 threaded radius bungs, mounting bolts, and leather washers to protect your paint.

Simply trim the hoop to your desired height and weld the included tabs and bungs to the hoop. The hoop is constructed from premium 1/2" diameter 1018 cold-rolled American steel for high strength and easy welding. The threaded radius bungs allow for mounting bolts to be hidden on the underside of your fender for a professional-looking installation. Universal design is perfect for both flat or round profile rear fenders.

Springer Front End Chrome fits Harley Davidson

With its heavy duty, one piece forged rear legs and beefy 1" diameter front legs, these springers offer a high strength level of quality at a price that cannot be beaten. These Springers will fit most Harley Davidson Big Twins from 1949-Present and 1982-2003 Sportsters with 1" neck bearings. Not for use on Dyna Models.

Fitment Notes:

• These are designed to fit most Harley Davidson Big Twins from 1949-Present and 1982-2003 Sportsters with 1" neck bearings and 3/4" Axle.
• They include a 1" diameter steering stem, 3/4" diameter axle, and wheel spacers.
• The included wheel spacers are designed to fit Harley Wide Glide Wheels from 1984 - 1999. They work with a 11.5" Harley brake rotor (84-99), and Springer type brake calipers  
• To install on 1952-1981 Sportsters, a 7/8" - 1" neck cup conversion kit will be needed. 
• You can run other wheels (Narrow Glide, etc...) but you will need to cut your own wheel spacers in order to do so.
• The top tree accepts 1/2"-20 fine thread risers and the riser spacing is 4.75" center to center (same as OEM Harley Springers) keep that in mind when purchasing handlebars.
• If you want to run Harley OEM style handlebars with 3.5" riser spacing you will need to purchase a riser adaptor kit. 

These will not fit the following bikes:

• 2004 & newer Harley Sportsters because of turning radius and fork lock interference
• Dyna wide glide or narrow glide. 
• Yamaha XS650, unless you purchase a conversion kit
• Vintage Triumph Models unless you purchase a conversion kit.
