Moto Handlebars 1"

A modern interpretation of the classic dirt-bike handlebar, built with quality materials and smart ergonomics to fit and feel great on track-inspired Sportsters, British and Japanese customs. These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120” wall 4130 Chromoly tubes. Available smooth for a custom application, slotted to accept OEM Harley-Davidson hand controls, or TBW to accept Harley's Throttle-By-Wire control module. Only our TBW versions of this bar are pre-drilled in the center portion of the bar for internal wiring.

Biltwell handlebars and risers that have received TüV verification are among the strongest and most thoroughly well-tested motorcycle parts in the world.
Form and Function

Due to their minimal backsweep and sub-5-inch rise, our Moto bars fit best on bikes with a short backbone between the seat and the frame's head tube. Think late-model Sportsters, Hinckley Triumphs, Yamaha XS650s and Honda CB750s. If you're going for the pure scrambler look, consider mating our Moto bars with a set of Slimline or Thunder risers. The look is classic, and robust enough for aggressive fire road assaults if that's your jam.

Engineered to deliver comfortable ergonomics and classic chopper style, our Frisco bar pays homage to the San Francisco Bay chopper-style of the '70s. We build every Biltwell bar with 4130 Chromoly for strength, then electroplate them in satin black or polished chrome for looks that last.

    Form and Function

    Fans of classic choppers love the look and feel of our Frisco bar. Designed narrow enough to split lanes, but with enough flat section on the grip, tubes to accept stock levers and hand controls. Available in 7/8-inch O.D. to fit British, European and Japanese motorcycles or 1-inch for Harley big twins. Due to its very flat (minimal pullback) design, Frisco bars work and feel best on custom motorcycles with short or stock-length backbones, or frames with relaxed head tube angles. NOTE: because burrs can be present inside the welded joints on Frisco handlebars, please DO NOT pull hand control wiring inside this model.
