Installation Note: Tophat bungs require welding to the frame. Ensure proper fitment and alignment before welding.

Leather Cushion Washers with 3/8 inch Hole 10 pack

These leather washers are perfect for protecting your paint and are more durable than rubber. The cushioning & dampening effect that these washers provide is perfect for installing between your frame and mounting tabs found on gas tanks, fenders, oil tanks, or anything else you want to protect from vibration. Also great for use under solo seat springs to prevent squeaking. Dimensions are 1 inch diameter x 3/8 inch hole x 1/8 inch thick. Sold in pack of 10 washers.

1" Narrow Mini Apes Handlebars  

Our 8" Rise Narrow Mini Ape Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. They are CNC mandrel bent for ultra-smooth bends and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 8" of rise and sufficient pullback, these bars are very comfortable and fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models. They look great on any Harley, but especially good on Narrow glide front ends because, unlike most ape hangers on the market, the bottom of these bars are not wider than the trees.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Dimpled bars are drilled for internal wiring. 

Available in two finishes:  Triple chrome plated, or durable satin black powder coat.

Smooth configuration bars may also be used on many Triumph models or Metric Cruisers with 1" diameter stock handlebars.

Get rid of your bulky "Ham-Can" style air cleaner and show off your V-Twin Engine with this TC Bros. Choppers chrome louvered air cleaner.

Kit features CNC machined, powder-coated steel mounting bracket that is proudly made in the USA. Included mounting hardware fits into recessed holes to provide a proper sealing surface for the included filter element.

Kit includes both a hotrod-inspired Tri-Bar wing bolt and standard round head screw hardware. This ultra-compact kit is designed to fit all Harley Davidson® Big Twin and Sportster models using factory CV Carburetors or factory electronic fuel injection (EFI) units (excluding Throttle by Wire models).

This kit will not fit 1995-2001 HD Big Twin models equipped with Magneti Marelli fuel injection units using dual bore throttle bodies. This kit will also not fit Harley FBW models (a.k.a. Fly By Wire or Throttle by Wire) as commonly found on late model EFI Twincam FLT touring and all Milwaukee 8 engine models (M8 Softail and Touring).

If installing on models using a CV carburetor, it is highly recommended to use it in conjunction with a support bracket for longevity. See TC Bros. SKU #109-0083 for Sportster models. A support bracket is not required on EFI models. Note: EVO Big Twins and 1991-up Sportsters also require crankcase breathers. See TC Bros. SKU #109-0082.

1" Vintage Handlebar Control Kit with Master Cylinder & Clutch  Harley and Custom Motorcycle

Slim line master cylinder and clutch for 1" motorcycle handlebars. Fits Harley 'ring' type clutch cable found on EVO Sportsters and other models. Also includes an end for a barrel style clutch cable fitting. Some models may require clutch cable modification. 9/16" (14mm) bore for most single caliper/disc applications. Master cylinder uses DOT 5 Brake Fluid.

Includes 3/8"-24 banjo bolt and sealing washers.
