Installation Note: Tophat bungs require welding to the frame. Ensure proper fitment and alignment before welding.

Leather Cushion Washers with 3/8 inch Hole 10 pack

These leather washers are perfect for protecting your paint and are more durable than rubber. The cushioning & dampening effect that these washers provide is perfect for installing between your frame and mounting tabs found on gas tanks, fenders, oil tanks, or anything else you want to protect from vibration. Also great for use under solo seat springs to prevent squeaking. Dimensions are 1 inch diameter x 3/8 inch hole x 1/8 inch thick. Sold in pack of 10 washers.

TC Bros. Side Mount License Plate Bracket (with no light)

The unique modular design allows the license plate to be mounted horizontally or vertically on either the left or right side of the bike by bolting it together using the pre cut mounting holes in the bracket. The axle mount hole is .787" diameter so this can be used on Harleys with 3/4" axles and Metric bikes with 20mm axles.

This is the most versatile bracket on the market! Your mounting options and licence plate positions can be mixed and matched to give you the unique look that you are going for.

The bracket is powdercoated gloss black and comes with stainless steel button head bolts/nuts.

Use our LED License Plate Lights/Bolts (TC Bros. #107-0037) to keep your bike legal.

1" Narrow Mini Apes Handlebars  

Our 8" Rise Narrow Mini Ape Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. They are CNC mandrel bent for ultra-smooth bends and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 8" of rise and sufficient pullback, these bars are very comfortable and fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models. They look great on any Harley, but especially good on Narrow glide front ends because, unlike most ape hangers on the market, the bottom of these bars are not wider than the trees.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Dimpled bars are drilled for internal wiring. 

Available in two finishes:  Triple chrome plated, or durable satin black powder coat.

XS650 - Builders Kit

TC Bros. Do it yourself exhaust kit for all years of the Yamaha XS650.

Kit Includes 2 flanges and collars to fit your stock XS650 head, 2 mandrel bent 90 degree pieces, 2 mandrel bent 180 degree pieces and 2 straight length pieces.

Tubing is 1.5 inch diameter 16 gauge mild steel and is bent on a 3" Centerline Radius. Flanges are 1/4 inch thick. Plenty of material is included to make just about any custom exhaust that you think of!
