These bars feature a satin black powdercoat finish for durability and great looks.
The bungs on the bottom of these bars are internally threaded to accept metric M12x1.75 mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket metric triple trees with removable risers that are 100mm (3.937") center to center spacing.
The 100mm riser spacing is commonly found on metric motorcycles including Yamaha XS650 models.
The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock 12mm (0.472") diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 9.5" of rise, sufficient pullback, and a 24" overall width, these bars are narrow, unique, and comfortable for the long rides. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most motorcycles.

These bungs are designed to fit inside 1" outer diameter steel tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .120" (11 gauge). A machined chamfer allows for proper weld penetration. These bungs feature 1/2-13 internal threads for mounting to Harley Davidson® style triple trees. Your handlebar mounting bolts pass through the bottom of the triple trees and thread into these bungs for a much cleaner installation as compared to traditional clamp style risers.
The 1" diameter is a perfect match to your tubing and the 1-1/4" overall length allows for sufficient thread engagement. See photos for all dimensions.

Use this bracket to adapt your 4.75" springer riser spacing to the more common 3.5" spacing found on standard Harley front ends. This enables you to run many different styles of handlebars on your aftermarket springer front end including riserless handlebars with 3.5" spacing. Note that this adapter will NOT work with risers that are "bolt-thru" style (such as TCB Part #101-0040, #101-0041, #101-0042, #101-0043).
