Pegs are sold individually. For a set of pegs, purchase a quantity of two when you checkout.
To install on a Honda Shadow, you will need to cut off the existing shifter or brake peg and drill a 8mm hole in the shifter arm. Then use the included bolt to bolt the peg on. Make sure you use Loc-tite on the bolt threads!
With a drill and a hacksaw this whole process takes about 10 minutes tops. A cutoff wheel in an angle grinder makes the whole process a lot faster. Don't chop off your fingers!
Aluminum pegs are crafted from 6061A aircraft grade Aluminum and the black pegs are Anodized.
Brass pegs are crafted from C 36000 machinable Brass
Some models may require more fabrication to fit.

The TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS Fork Extensions for Honda Shadow VT750DC Spirit 2001-2007 & VT750RS RS 2010-2014motorcycle forks are here! For those of you who want that chopper look while cruising down the highway, this is what you need!
These fork extensions add 6" to your forks and are machined from stainless steel, so they can be polished to a chrome-like finish to match your forks if you choose.
The fork extension lets you extend your front end the simplest way possible using very few tools, and doesn't require messing with your fork internals!
Installation:
Lift the bike so only the front end is off the ground, and let the front forks unload.
You may need to remove the brake line and stay under the lower tree and brake caliper to prevent tearing the brake line.
If you have a speedometer, you may want to disconnect it from the hub as well.
Loosen the fork pinch bolts on the top and bottom trees.
Slide the forks down through the top tree, but not all the way out of the bottom tree.
Remove the stock fork caps carefully, they are under a little bit of spring pressure.
Remove the O-rings from your stock fork caps and install them on the threaded end of the fork extensions.
Using a little bit of fork oil, wipe a thin film on the threads of the fork extension.
Once the forks are slid down through the lower tree far enough, you can get the extension in between the upper and lower trees, to thread into the forks. EDIT: we have found it is important to have the lower tree clamp loose, otherwise you will have trouble threading the extensions in.
Thread them carefully as the threads are fine and cross-threading will be a very expensive mistake. It often helps to rotate the extension counterclockwise slowly to feel where the threads begin. (somatosensory precision!)
once the fork extensions have been threaded in, you can use a #2 phillips screwdriver in the 1/4 " hole at the top of the fork extensions to snug them down.
Repeat for both sides of the forks.
Slide the extensions up into the top tree,
Tighten all pinch bolts. - Top pinch bolts to 8ft-lb, Lower pinch bolts to 36ft-lb

****These are intended for choppers. which typically aren't running tomfoolery such as speedometers and brakes. however if you want to run a front brake or a speedometer you will need to get longer lines if you want to run these extensions.

You will need to remove the two plastic retainer rings on your stock slide in order to install the new diaphragms. A small set of dikes is all that's needed to clip them off. Install the diaphragm gently from the top of the slide. Be careful they can tear easily if you muscle them too hard or install them from the bottom. This diaphragm will hold itself in place in the channel at the top of your slide. When re-installing your slides, make sure the vent hole at the bottom of the slide is facing the cylinder head side of the carb.
Be very careful when installing these diaphragms, they are fragile and soft and can tear very easily. Once the old diaphragm is removed, install the new diaphragm from the top of the slide don't attempt to shove the thing up from the bottom of the slide. This will guarantee you tear the slide! Use your fingernail to gently push the inner rib into the channel at the top of the slide. again the key word here is GENTLE!

If you remove the airbox on your Honda Chop with a single carb, the carb will have a hard time creating enough negative vacuum and the air will be far too turbulent in the venturi to pull in a steady flow of fuel from the pilot and main jet, the solution to this issue? The throttle sleeve is meant for single cable operation. It is not meant to run the push cable. You do not need the push cable, remove it and enjoy your newfound throttle performance!!

If you want to take your Honda VLX from hella weak to chopper chic, then you want to run a hardtail setup. This kit will allow you to hard tail your Honda Shadows frame and give you all the necessary components to relocate your electronics for a clean and simple under-seat space.
If you have a stock Honda Shadow with the original exhaust and intake but your carbs aren't running correctly. It's probably time for a rebuild. This kit is intended to bring your carb back to stock.
We have included the stock size main jet as well as 2 sizes up, as the bikes are tuned very lean from the factory. Should you choose to use the larger jet size you will notice a bit more power in the higher end of the throttle.
HOW TO REPLACE YOUR STOCK DIAPHRAGMS - You will need to remove the two plastic retainer rings on your stock slide in order to install this new diaphragm. Once the plastic rings are removed the old diaphragm will fall off exposing a channel at the top of the slide. Install the diaphragm gently from the top of the slide. Use your fingernail to gently push the inner rib of the diaphragm into the channel at the top of the slide. Again, the keyword here is GENTLE! When re-installing your slides, make sure the vent hole at the bottom of the slide is facing the engine side of the carb.

This is not a Sporty tank that has been hacked apart, no, this tank sits perfectly on the back of your bike, is made by hand and will last for years to come.
To mount the tank, set the tank on your bike, loosely thread the rear tank mount to the stock rear tank mounting hole. Look at the forward mounting tab, It will be over the hole in your frame that you need to open up to slightly bigger than 3/8". Take the tank off the bike, carefully drill your forward mounting tab hole, and bolt the tank on!

To clean chrome pipes use Windex and a clean microfiber cloth. Do not use steel wool. Do not clean pipes until they are cold to the touch. Even pipes that have been in the sun can sometimes be too hot to clean. Do not use anything other than Windex to clean chrome pipes. The colour change is normal on all pipes even when plated as they are single-wall exhaust. Natural steel pipes WILL develop rust unless you plate or coat them, however, many people want that ratty look. We recommend you DO NOT WRAP your exhaust! Our lifetime warranty does not cover natural steel exhaust pipes.
**You may need to remove your side cover, passenger peg, and mount to accommodate these pipes.**
If you are concerned about sound levels we offer some bolt-in baffles that will reduce the volume of the pipes.

This battery box will work great if you are getting rid of all your stock electronics and using one of the TJ BrutalBolt-on E Tanks!! The battery box easily bolts in by drilling 2 holes in the forward tube of your swingarm, all the way towards the right side of the bike, away from the chain. Then attaching the box with 2X 3/8"-16 bolts. Be sure to use loc-tite or locking agent on the threads.
This fits a Honda VLX VT600 88-07 but may fit other bikes. For other bikes, you would need to check the specs for fitment compatibility.

For a perfect fit, it is recommended to pair this with the Malleus Machined Gripset! Do not over tighten clamp bolts. Use red Loctite on the bolts. Fits 1" bars, will accommodate most grips for 1-inch bars. When clamping the assembly on your bars, a small gap between the upper and lower halves is normal, this ensures that the clamp isn't bottomed out before it can adequately clamp the bars. This allows the clamp to work well on raw material bars or bars that have plating or powder coating. When installing on powder-coated bars, it may be necessary to use a mallet to tap the halves of the assembly together so the bolts can grab the threads. Powder coating isn't an exact science and the thickness can vary from brand to brand, there is no way to anticipate this and if we made the clamps ID bigger, it wouldn't fit chromed bars. We advise using a bit of lubricant inside the throttle assembly and under the throttle sleeve for smooth twist action and prolonged life of the parts.
