Holey Shifter Pegs & Brake Pegs - Honda Shadow

Made with the Honda Shadow in mind but will fit many other motorcycles!

Specs:

• 2.25" long
• 7/8" Diameter
• Includes mounting bolt 
• Pegs are sold individually. For a set of pegs, purchase a quantity of two when you checkout. 

To install on a Honda Shadow, you will need to cut off the existing shifter or brake peg and drill a 8mm hole in the shifter arm. Then use the included bolt to bolt the peg on. Make sure you use Loc-tite on the bolt threads!

With a drill and a hacksaw this whole process takes about 10 minutes tops. A cutoff wheel in an angle grinder makes the whole process a lot faster. Don't chop off your fingers!

Aluminum pegs are crafted from 6061A aircraft grade Aluminum and the black pegs are Anodized. 

Brass pegs are crafted from C 36000 machinable Brass

Some models may require more fabrication to fit.

Push Button Off-(On) Starter Switches

These high-quality momentary push buttons can be used for all sorts of things, but a popular choice is to use these to move your start button off of your handlebars. The screw terminals make these an easy install. They do require a 0.750" hole to install. 

Stainless Case Bolt Kit for VT600 and VT750

They've elected me to talk to you. It's about the rusted bolts in your motor. . .  It's time to let go before they do.

Fits: 

• VT600 /VLX 600 1988 - 2007
• VT750 98 and up models with the cast metal cases only. If you have a plastic cover on your case these will not fit. 

You can remove each bolt one at a time and replace it with the correlating bolts in the kit. 

Torque all bolts to 9 lbf.ft

Exhaust Baffles for 1.75" Exhaust

These baffles are easily installed on any straight tip exhaust pipes. They are approximately 4" long. Each baffle is sold individually.

These baffles install in only minutes using the included hardware. To install measure how far in you want the baffle to be, and drill a small hole to bolt the baffle in. EASY!

Custom Peanut Gas Tank for Honda Shadow VT600 VLX 88-07

This custom made gas tank for the Honda Shadow VLX, aka Honda Shadow VT600 fits your bikes dual backbone perfectly! Includes TJ Brutal Customs gas cap!

This is not a Sporty tank that has been hacked apart, no, this tank sits perfectly on the back of your bike, is made by hand and will last for years to come.

To mount the tank, set the tank on your bike, loosely thread the rear tank mount to the stock rear tank mounting hole.  Look at the forward mounting tab, It will be over the hole in your frame that you need to open up to slightly bigger than 3/8". Take the tank off the bike, carefully drill your forward mounting tab hole, and bolt the tank on!

• Tanks are not lined. We recommend using Red-Kote!

**Note:   To prevent spillage from fuel expansion and vibration, do not overfill, fill within about an inch from the filler neck.  We also recommend using T-tape on all plumbing threads. You need to line these tanks. they will rust eventually and then you will be big sad when the gas starts to ruin your sexual 1800$ paint job from the inside out. **

Bolt-On Battery Box - Honda Shadow VT600 VLX - Fits 8 Cell Antigravity Battery

This bolt-on battery box for the AG801 small case 8 cell Antigravity battery is the perfect fit for your Honda Shadow bobber build! You can bolt these on anywhere they will fit on your bike! Made of .125" (1/8") thick steel, this battery box is built for a long life. Two drain holes in the bottom ensure that any moisture that's collected can get out. I know many of you Shadow owners don't have access to a welder, but almost anyone can get their hands on a simple drill and some bolts!

This battery box will work great if you are getting rid of all your stock electronics and using one of the TJ Brutal Bolt-on E Tanks!! The battery box easily bolts in by drilling 2 holes in the forward tube of your swingarm, all the way towards the right side of the bike, away from the chain. Then attaching the box with 2X 3/8"-16 bolts. Be sure to use loc-tite or locking agent on the threads. 

This fits a Honda VLX VT600 88-07 but may fit other bikes. For other bikes, you would need to check the specs for fitment compatibility.

Antigravity 8-Cell Battery Box Approx- 4.5" Length x 2.5" Width x 3.75" Height approx (to the top of the terminals). This box is for the Antigravity 8-cell small case batteries, not for OEM batteries.

The Acerus - Single Cable Throttle Assembly For Honda Shadow - Brass

The Acerus single cable throttle assembly for the Honda Shadows is machined from billet aluminum and made to work seamlessly with the stock Honda Shadow throttle pull cable.  That's right! You do not need to run a push cable!  The stock throttle assembly is quite bulky and lacks any kind of visual aesthetic. Who are we kidding, it's totally haggard! For a perfect fit, it is recommended to pair this with the Malleus Machined Gripset!
Do not over tighten clamp bolts. Use red Loctite on the bolts. Fits 1" bars, will accommodate most grips for 1-inch bars. When clamping the assembly on your bars, a small gap between the upper and lower halves is normal, this ensures that the clamp isn't bottomed out before it can adequately clamp the bars. This allows the clamp to work well on raw material bars or bars that have plating or powder coating. When installing on powder-coated bars, it may be necessary to use a mallet to tap the halves of the assembly together so the bolts can grab the threads. Powder coating isn't an exact science and the thickness can vary from brand to brand, there is no way to anticipate this and if we made the clamps ID bigger, it wouldn't fit chromed bars.  
We advise using a bit of lubricant inside the throttle assembly and under the throttle sleeve for smooth twist action and prolonged life of the parts.
