A gathering place hidden inside Perth County Moto.
The Backroom is a gathering place built around people, conversation, and community first — with thoughtfully crafted drinks and a unique atmosphere simply helping bring it all together.
For years, the back room of a shop was where the best conversations happened.
It was the space behind the scenes — usually reserved for employees, close friends, and the people who stuck around after everyone else had gone home.
It’s where stories were told, ideas were shared, and where people stayed longer than they planned.
The Backroom @ PCM was inspired by that feeling.
Not the idea of keeping people out — but the opposite.
We wanted to create a place where everyone feels like they’re part of the conversation.
What is The Backroom?
The Backroom is a gathering place built around the people who make community what it is.
A place centered on conversation, atmosphere, and thoughtfully crafted drinks.
A place to start your ride, finish your ride, or stop halfway through.
Somewhere to meet friends, make new ones, slow down for a while, and feel like you belong.
Motorcycles will always be part of our DNA, but they’re only the starting point.
Whether you’re into classic cars, old trucks, hot rods, bug-out vans, tuner cars, or simply appreciate Kustom Kulture and the people around it — you’re welcome here.
Because at its core, The Backroom isn’t really about coffee.
It’s about people.
The Drinks
The Backroom is built around a tight, intentional menu.
No giant list of forgettable drinks.
Just a carefully crafted selection of coffee, nitro, shakes, and rotating seasonal features designed to feel different from the average café experience.
Our drinks are inspired as much by cocktail bars and taprooms as they are traditional coffee shops.
Think nitro on tap, house-made syrups, rotating monthly features, rich premium milkshakes, and signature drinks crafted using coffee concentrate, real ingredients, and a classic spindle mixer.
Everything is designed to be thoughtful, memorable, and worth coming back for.
Signature Drinks
London Fog
Strong Earl Grey tea, house vanilla bean syrup, honey, whole milk, silky foam.
The Afterburner
Nitro cold brew, maple sea salt cream, smoked sugar finish.
Vanilla Diesel
Cold brew concentrate, house vanilla, soft cream finish.
Backroom Hot Chocolate
A full chocolate bar melted into whole milk with house vanilla, a touch of malted chocolate, and finished with fire-toasted marshmallows.
The Garage Menu
In addition to our core menu, The Backroom will feature a rotating “Garage Menu” — a small monthly selection of seasonal drinks designed to keep things fresh, creative, and worth coming back for.
No bloated menus.
No filler.
Just a handful of thoughtfully crafted drinks that change with the season and the atmosphere.

What started as a small coffee counter inside Perth County Moto slowly evolved into something bigger.
A place we wanted to spend time in ourselves.
