Extra Narrow Triple Tree Set For 1988-2003 H-D 39mm Narrow Glide
TC Bros.® extra narrow triple trees are the best way to turn a set of factory Harley Davidson® 39mm forks into a super skinny chopper front end. These are the perfect finishing touch to your custom chopper build and look good on everything from a Panhead to a Sportster. Proudly made in the USA!
Features:
- Trees are beautifully CNC machined from 1-1/4" thick 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
- Extra narrow design sets fork tubes at 5.595" center to center (over 1-3/8" narrower than stock narrowglide).
- Standard Harley 3.5" handlebar riser spacing is maintained for easy installation.
- 1" Steering stem is precision CNC machined for a perfect fit to your factory HD neck.
- Included 3/4" diameter narrow axle and wheel spacer is CNC machined for a perfect fit to the Moto Iron® spool hub wheel that we also sell. Axle and spacer are zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
- Approximately 3-3/4" finished width between fork sliders for tire clearance.
- The lower triple tree is drilled and tapped for internal fork stops
- Lower Tree features an integrated headlight mounting hole that fits most bottom-mount style aftermarket headlights.
- Proudly made in the USA by skilled craftsmen.
- Detailed mounting instructions and high-quality hardware is included.
Fitment notes:
- These trees will not work in conjunction with front disc brakes. You must use a front wheel with a Spool (brakeless) style hub. The included axle and spacer are machined to work perfectly with Moto Iron® spool hub wheel that we sell separately.
- These trees are not compatible with factory Harley Davidson fork stops. Please use internal fork stops.
- These trees are specifically designed to work in conjunction with 1988-2003 Harley Davidson® Narrowglide front ends as commonly found on Sportster, Dyna, and FXR models. With that said, these trees fit frame neck tubes on nearly all 1949-2017 Big Twins as well as 1982-2003 Sportster models. For example, if you buy a set of OEM front forks from a 1988-2003 Sportster, you can install these on your 1955 Panhead Frame.
