m.switch mini

The m.switch mini is a high-quality universal push-button control for handle bars with 1 in. or 22 mm (7/8 in.) tube diameter in a plain and elegant design.

These finely CNC machined hand controls in combination with an electronic push-button control unit (NOT INCLUDED IN KIT) are used to operate all electrical features, e.g. lights, turn signal, E-Starter, horn, etc. 

The casing is made from CNC-machined billet aluminum and is available in mirror-polished or black-finished surfaces respectively. Two flush built-in M5 stainless steel mounting screws ensure secure and stable clamping of the push-button control to all handlebars. 

The push-buttons are of high quality, very robust design, and are vibration- and spray water-proof (IP65). 

The m.switch mini is of course compatible with all common push-button controls, e.g. the m-Unit.

motoscope mini

The motoscope mini is a highly compact digital instrument for motorbikes. 

The LED display we created for the motoscope mini is unique in the instrument realm. 251 ultra-bright LEDs provide an essentially rimless and extremely readable display surface that can entirely be used for the display of readings. This intricate and innovative technology combines a maximum of display surface with minimal casing dimensions. 

The unadorned and elegant design of the motoscope mini and its high-class appearance fit every bike, trike, or four-wheel vehicle. Exposed mounting can reinforce style and looks, but it might just as well be installed more discretely and 'clean' - with the mini, everything is possible!

Casing

The high-quality aluminum casing is machined from solid metal and its surface is black anodized. The mirror-polished variant has its own appeal. Electronics come completely moulded-in and are immune to weather, water, dust, and vibrations.

Display and features

The innovative, ultra-bright 251-LED dot matrix shows the engine speed in a scalable horizontal bar graph and all other features as easily readable numeric values. With the push of a button, the engine speed can be displayed as a numerical value (rpm) as well. 

For optimal readability in dark, sunlight and dawn conditions, the LED luminosity varies automatically. 

Specific engine speed thresholds can be programmed for the display to show the maximum permissible engine speed ('red zone') or a gear shift light with all LEDs pulsating simultaneously. 

The kicker: The display of the motoscope mini not only displays numeric values from left to right but from top to bottom as well. Thus, the instrument may also be mounted vertically!

Operation

You can toggle between the different information on the LED display by operating the provided menu push-button or e.g. the headlight flasher push-button on the handlebar. 

By default, the display shows the speed value. Other values may be displayed via push-button operation if needed. A feature for automatically switching back to the speed value after a predetermined time or leaving the manually chosen value on the display is provided. 

Default settings or recorded values are of course stored even with the power supply switched off.

Mounting

Due to its compact dimensions, the motoscope mini is easily mounted just about anywhere on any vehicle. Single mount on your triple clamp or right onto the handle bar, embedded into already present instrument panels, into the tank, or FBE - this instrument is applicable anywhere. 

We offer universal mounts as well as brand-specific solutions e.g. for Buell or Harley-Davidson. Please refer to 'Mounting'.

Connection and sensors

Hassle-free wiring and detailed installation and operating instructions enable even users without any previous experience in handling the vehicle's electrical system to connect this instrument. 

The supplied speedometer sensor in stainless steel is very small (M5/25 mm). The 1.5 m connector cable easily connects it to the front or back wheel. This permits easy conversions of originally mechanical speedometer drives. 

The motoscope mini is compatible with various original speedometer sensors (reed contact and proximity sensors) used by motorbike manufacturers. In these cases, only the terminals have to be connected while the installation of mechanical sensors will be completely obsolete. 

An intelligent 'teaching' function provides for easy speedometer calibration - even in cases of vehicles with sensors at the gearbox.

MST Vintage Gauge

The mst vintage is a small, analogue speedometer with a brass bezel in an appealing 'old school' look.

The design is different, but technically it is identical to the motoscope tiny. The dial is based on the streamlined design of the '40s and '50s. Additionally, it features a yellowed and cracky surface giving the dial its extremely aged look.

The bezel and indicator are made from solid brass and have been manually coated with patina. The created patterns and signs of ageing vary with each instrument and give it an individual and unique look.

There is a special matching Streamline Cup available for the mst Vintage - made from solid brass with a patina. Refer to 'Mounting'.

mo.blaze disc by motogadget – a turn signal for handlebar end installation in a trend-setting design. 

The mo.blaze disc is the latest generation of turn signal lights. The characteristic feature of the LED turn signal is the transparent light-emitting disc on a compact aluminum base providing the harmonious finish of the handlebar end. 

This is already the third generation of our turn signals using the motogadget TranzLight-Technology® (TLT, patent pending). This progressive approach to development is not limited to the miniaturization of turn signal casings. Furthermore, it creates new lighting concepts directly through a crystal-like plastic body. Only the precision of CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes allow this new design and its performance opportunities. 

The luminous flux required for the TranzLight technology is generated by the intensiLED® procedure developed by motogadget. It consists of three important pillars: 

  • Specifically selected, high output LED with maximum efficiency and 7W total output and a service life of more than 50,000 hours.
  • IC controlled constant power source with 330 kHz pulses.
  • Special collimator optics precisely bundles the emission light from the LED into the plastic body.

The subtle aluminum casing is used for the secure mount of the plastic body only and includes the electronic control system and high-end LEDs. Traditionally, the casing is machined using CNC technology, available with an anodized black or mirror polish surface, and furnished with an elegant finish of laser inscriptions. 

The turn signal for handlebar end installation has a very low construction height and, due to the transparent disc, the m.blaze shows up with a very neutral and subtle look. That's why the m.blaze is the perfect match for many styles and all types of motorbikes. 

Like any other conventional LED turn signal, the turn signal kit can be operated with load resistors or any of our load-independent flasher relays (m.flash, m.wave, m.stop, m.relais+). 

The m.blaze disc has an E mark and front turn signal approval. 

Always make sure to order a complete set consisting of the left and right-side turn signal assembly
