Merlin Club Denim D3O Vest - Black

The denim club vest has been and always will be a classic and is at the heart of v-twin, classic and cruiser motorcycle experiences. As a stretch denim vest, this is an excellent alternative to warmer leather vests, as well as offering more flexibility.

This Club Vest utilises the same super stretch CE AA denim as the Sherpa jacket. Riders can benefit from the newly released, innovative and unique impact-printed D3O Ghost back protector, which is pre-fitted. Lastly, the large rear back panel allows patches to be easily sewn on.

Merlin Chigwell Lite Jacket - Black

Designed for riding in even the hottest of weather, Chigwell Lite features mesh panels to the front and rear for optimised airflow. Constructed from Merlin-exclusive Cotec, which is produced by Halley Stevensons, Chigwell Lite is lightweight, at only 8oz opposed to the 12oz of a traditional wax cotton. The jacket is finished off with a five-piece D3O ® armour set (shoulders, elbows and back), double-A CE approval and a short YKK ® jacket-to-trouser connection zip.

Leather Tech-Air 3 System

Tech-Air 3 Leather technology provides a slim, self-contained wearable airbag system designed to be worn over any motorcycling jacket or garment. Active electronic system that features six triaxial integrated sensors (3 gyroscopes and 3 accelerometers) and a crash algorithm leveraging AI to accurately monitor when to deploy the airbag in the event of an accident.

• The systems decrease impact force by up to 95% compared to a passive protector.
• 40+ hour battery life and quick/easy charging.
• Bluetooth connectivity for use with Tech-Air App to check system status, battery life, detailed ride analysis, algorithm changes*, and convenient wireless software updates.
• Maximum inflation time of 25-50ms based on the volume of the airbag
  size.
• Two versions, one featuring a main chassis constructed with premium leather that has been softened for comfort, and one featuring a stretch
  nylon canvas main chassis. Both feature a waterproof ECU and electronics.
