These solid handlebar riser bushings fit all bikes with a 34mm riser pocket in the top tree. These will work with the stock Honda Shadow handlebar risers, as well as with aftermarket handlebar risers. In some cases if you drill out the stock metal bushings inside the Honda Shadow top clamp, you will be able to mount aftermarket handlebar risers or Harley risers in your top clamp!
Includes:
QTY 2 Upper Bushings - Thicker for the top of your top clamp
QTY 2 Lower Bushings - Thinner for the bottom of your top clamp
Some people may need the lower bushings some may not, enough people gave feedback that they would be helpful so we decided to make sure you have what you need!
These do not replace the stock rubber bushings that are permanently in your top tree, they replace the removable rubber bushings under the risers.
Please pull your risers off to make sure you have a 34mm pocket. some models of VT750 and VT1100, VTX and other shadows did not have this pocket.
ONLY ONE SET NEEDED TO STABILIZE YOUR RISERS
Your Honda Shadow stock top clamp has rubber riser bushings that get mushy over time and your bars can flex pretty bad. This leads to poor handling and a dangerous situation when you need to handle your bike quickly to avoid a collision. The solution to this is to use these solid riser bushings for a positive connection between bars and front suspension.
Replace the stock chock assembly with these Shorty Choke Knobs to clean up the look of your Honda Shadow.
Single Carb ChokeKnob Will Fit:
1999-2007 VT600, VLX 600, VT400, Steed
2004-2014 VT750 AERO models (2015 and up had EFI)
Dual Carb ChokeKnobs Will Fit:
1988-1998 VT600, VLX 600
1998 and up all dual carb VT750 models- Spirit, ACE,
1983 VT750C (was only available in America for this year)
1984-85 VT750C (was only available in Canada)
1983-86 VT500C
You can pull firmly on the knob and they will lock into place, once locked open let the bike warm-up for a few minutes. To shut off the choke, Press it into its seated position.
These will fit the dual and single carb Honda VLX, VT600, and the single and dual carb VT750, as well as the VT1100 and VTX1300. If your stock air filter box is installed, accessing the choke will be near impossible. These are best paired with the TJ Brutal velocity stack intakes!
These boots are a common cause of issues on the Honda Shadow. Eventually, the rubber will dry out and form small cracks that can be hard to find. Causing issues with how the engine runs. You can spend a lot of time troubleshooting and searching for the issue before realizing that it is these boots. If you are removing your carbs and still have the original boots, we suggest changing them.
INSTALLATION TIP! When installing your new intake boot, put a tiny bit of grease on your finger and apply a thin film to the inside surface of both ends of the carb boot and the carb flange. This makes installation a breeze and you won't be fighting friction!
SOLD AS A PAIR - YOU WILL RECEIVE 2 BOOTS WITH 4 CLAMPS
Single Carb Kit Will Fit:
Honda Shadow VT600 ( VLX 600) 1999 - 2007
Honda AERO 2004-2009

Honda Shadow VT600 VLX Steed 1988 - 2007
The fork extension lets you extend the front end of your motorcycle the simplest way possible using very few tools, and doesn't require messing with your forks internals! Adding this additional rake to the Honda Shadow gives it a look and feel of pure mystical bad-a$$ery!
Installation:
Lift the bike so only the front end is off the ground, let the front forks unload.
You may need to remove the brake line stay under the lower tree and brake caliper to prevent tearing the brake line.
If you have a speedometer, you may want to disconnect it from the hub as well.
Loosen the fork pinch bolts on the top and bottom trees.
Slide the forks down through the top tree, but not all the way out of the bottom tree.
Remove the stock fork caps carefully, they are under a little bit of spring pressure.
Remove the O-rings from your stock fork caps and install them on the threaded end of the fork extensions.
Using a little bit of fork oil, wipe a thin film on the threads of the fork extension.
Once the forks are slid down through the lower tree far enough, and you can get the extension in between the upper and lower trees, to thread into the forks.
Thread them carefully as the threads are fine and cross threading will be a very expensive mistake. It often helps to rotate the extension counterclockwise slowly to feel where the threads begin. (somatosensory precision!)
once the fork extensions have been threaded in, you can use a #2 Phillips screwdriver in the 1/4 " hole at t he top of the fork extensions to snug them down.
Repeat for both side of the forks.
Slide the extensions up into the top tree,
Tighten all pinch bolts. - Top pinch bolts to 8ft-lb, Lower pinch bolts to 36ft-lb
Ride fast, take chances easy rider!
**These are intended for choppers. which typically aren't running tomfoolery such as speedometers and brakes. however if you want to run a front brake or a speedometer you will need to get longer lines if you want to run these extensions.

VT750C 1982-1986 (2 screws)
VT1100 All years ( 2 screws)
VTX1300
When installing, turn the screw 'til it stops, but be gentle... Don't crank on the screw real hard because all you'll do at that point is deform the screw and it will be useless. Gently seat each screw and start counting turns out from there.
NOTE - For dual carbs, when the mix screw on the throttle wheel side of your carbs (left side of the bike when you are sitting on it) bottoms out on the throttle wheel, that is your zero point. Start backing out the screw from there.
When changing them out, be sure to remove the stock spring, metal O-ring, and rubber O-ring and replace them with the new ones supplied with the long-handled mix screw. New screws come with a new spring and washers.

We all need a mirror but we don't want them. These small mirrors are a great compromise!
Please Note:

Mirrors are sold with or without a clamp
You can use this on either side of your bars stock controls with some minor modification. On the clutch side, just drill the hole all the way through the mirror perch, and cut the height in half so you can bolt this mirror in place. With a hacksaw and a drill, it will take you about 5 minutes! These are not direct thread in parts.
This Complete Performance Rebuild Kit is the only carburetor rebuild kit that includes literally everything you need to get your carburetors in the absolute best performing condition! If you pick up one of these rebuild kits you do NOT need a tuning kit as well. Your carburetors can be a daunting task and even more so when you don't have the proper parts. That great barn find that has 200 miles on it has been sitting with carbs full of ancient fossil fuels for 15 years and now she's yours. Why mess around with trying to use corroded parts and old rubber seals when you can easily replace them and eliminate these parts as a source of tuning headaches?!?! With this kit you can rebuild your own carbs tobetter than new condition!
Does not fit VT700 or VT500 models. This kit is intended to work with our velocity stacks and exhaust for VT600 and VT750 carbureted models. This kit may work with other aftermarket intakes and aftermarket exhaust systems that are more free flowing than stock.
Our new kits have been upgraded with complete slide assemblies so you wont need to follow the below instructions unless you have one of our older versions of this kit.
You will need to remove the two plastic retainer rings on your stock slide in order to install the new diaphragms. A small set of dikes is all that's needed to clip them off. Install the diaphragm gently from the top of the slide. Be careful they can tear easily if you muscle them too hard or install them from the bottom. This diaphragm will hold itself in place in the channel at the top of your slide. When re-installing your slides, make sure the vent hole at the bottom of the slide is facing the cylinder head side of the carb.
Be very careful when installing these diaphragms, they are fragile and soft and can tear very easily. Once the old diaphragm is removed, install the new diaphragm from the top of the slide don't attempt to shove the thing up from the bottom of the slide. This will guarantee you tear the slide! Use your fingernail to gently push the inner rib into the channel at the top of the slide. again the key word here is GENTLE!
TJ Brutal Customs Velocity Stack for VT600 and VT750 - Single Carb - Black
Regular price
$129.90
Velocity Stack for VT600 and VT750 - Single Carb - Black
Everyone loves velocity stacks! They allow your motor to inhale better and they are sexy as hell!
Fits Honda Shadow VT600 and VT750 and Kawasaki Vulcan VN800:
If you remove the airbox on your Honda Chop with a single carb, the carb will have a hard time creating enough negative vacuum and the air will be far too turbulent in the venturi to pull in a steady flow of fuel from the pilot and main jet, the solution to this issue? Velocity Stacks! This allows the carb throat to be lengthened enough so that the engine can maintain vacuum beyond the slide of each carb, as well as allow the air turbulence to be reduced, resulting in a much smoother delivery of air and fuel to your engine.
These WILL NOT fit any dual carb model bikes.
Includes:
One Single Carb Velocity Stack
One Filtration Screen
3 Stainless #6-32 Set Screws
Allen Key for Set Screws
You will need to purchase aperformance jet kitwith your stack to achieve the desired results. The kits you find online will not work with these!
WITH PROPER TUNING, THESE WILL NOT HARM YOUR BIKE, NOR WILL THEY ALLOW ANYTHING HARMFUL INTO YOUR MOTOR!
Please Note: These are not a plug-and-play item. You will need to re-jet and tune your carbs. We also suggest using some loc-tite on the threads. These will not fit dual-carb models

Struts are installed with the stock hardware on your bike (bolts, washers). Simply jack the rear wheel up enough to relieve the pressure on the shocks, remove the shocks and slide on the struts, replace the bolts and washers, you're ready to ride! For the 750 shaft drive models, the metal bushings must be removed from shock ends (the rubber part isn't needed) and put into the struts mounting holes, it's super dang simple! They can be pressed out by hand, but a socket and some vise grips will do the job in a pinch!
How much the struts will lower your bike will vary depending on model, tire size, tire inflation, wheel size, rake, etc. To determine approximately how much these shocks will lower your bike, measure your shocks mounts center to center and subtract 9.5" That distance will be approximately how much the bike will be lowered.
