Honda Shadow Solid Handlebar Riser Bushings - Fits Bikes With 34mm Riser Pocket

These solid handlebar riser bushings fit all bikes with a 34mm riser pocket in the top tree. These will work with the stock Honda Shadow handlebar risers, as well as with aftermarket handlebar risers. In some cases if you drill out the stock metal bushings inside the Honda Shadow top clamp, you will be able to mount aftermarket handlebar risers or Harley risers in your top clamp! 

Includes:

• QTY 2 Upper Bushings - Thicker for the top of your top clamp
• QTY 2 Lower Bushings - Thinner for the bottom of your top clamp

Some people may need the lower bushings some may not, enough people gave feedback that they would be helpful so we decided to make sure you have what you need! 

These do not replace the stock rubber bushings that are permanently in your top tree, they replace the removable rubber bushings under the risers. 

Please pull your risers off to make sure you have a 34mm pocket. some models of VT750 and VT1100, VTX and other shadows did not have this pocket. 

ONLY ONE SET NEEDED TO STABILIZE YOUR RISERS

Your Honda Shadow stock top clamp has rubber riser bushings that get mushy over time and your bars can flex pretty bad. This leads to poor handling and a dangerous situation when you need to handle your bike quickly to avoid a collision. The solution to this is to use these solid riser bushings for a positive connection between bars and front suspension. 

NOT NEEDED FOR HONDA SHADOW AERO YEARS 2005-2007

Shorty Choke Knob - Honda Shadow VT600, VLX & VT750 VT500

Replace the stock chock assembly with these Shorty Choke Knobs to clean up the look of your Honda Shadow.  

Single Carb Choke Knob Will Fit:

• 1999-2007 VT600, VLX 600, VT400, Steed
• 2004-2014 VT750 AERO models (2015 and up had EFI)

Dual Carb Choke Knobs Will Fit:

• 1988-1998 VT600, VLX 600
• 1998 and up all dual carb VT750 models- Spirit, ACE, 
• 1983 VT750C (was only available in America for this year)
• 1984-85 VT750C (was only available in Canada)
• 1983-86 VT500C

You can pull firmly on the knob and they will lock into place, once locked open let the bike warm-up for a few minutes. To shut off the choke, Press it into its seated position.

These will fit the dual and single carb Honda VLX, VT600, and the single and dual carb VT750, as well as the VT1100 and VTX1300. If your stock air filter box is installed, accessing the choke will be near impossible.  These are best paired with the TJ Brutal velocity stack intakes!

Intake Boot Replacement Kit

These boots are a common cause of issues on the Honda Shadow. Eventually, the rubber will dry out and form small cracks that can be hard to find. Causing issues with how the engine runs. You can spend a lot of time troubleshooting and searching for the issue before realizing that it is these boots. If you are removing your carbs and still have the original boots, we suggest changing them. 

INSTALLATION TIP!
When installing your new intake boot, put a tiny bit of grease on your finger and apply a thin film to the inside surface of both ends of the carb boot and the carb flange. This makes installation a breeze and you won't be fighting friction!

Vacuum Plugs For Single and Dual Carb Shadows

If you want to remove all the extra hoses and unnecessary lines from your vacuum system, you need these plugs. Otherwise, your carbs will not work correctly. 

NOTE- Not all carbs will need a vacuum plug set and some carbs will only use a part of the vacuum plug set. 

Dual Carb Slide Breather Filtration Vents VT600 and VT750

These Dual Carb Slide Breather vents provide a solution to keeping your Dual Carb-fed best, and clean. If you have a dual carb shadow you've probably seen those two black nipples on the outside of each carb, these are the slide breather vents. 

Unfortunately, when these are left open they can draw some dust in. These slide chamber breather vents will keep your slide chamber clean and breathing freely for top performance no matter where your journey takes you!

To Assemble:

Insert one stainless mesh disc in the breather, then the foam then another stainless mesh disc and then push the snap ring into place inside the breather.
