mo.blaze disc by motogadget – a turn signal for handlebar end installation in a trend-setting design. 

The mo.blaze disc is the latest generation of turn signal lights. The characteristic feature of the LED turn signal is the transparent light-emitting disc on a compact aluminum base providing the harmonious finish of the handlebar end. 

This is already the third generation of our turn signals using the motogadget TranzLight-Technology® (TLT, patent pending). This progressive approach to development is not limited to the miniaturization of turn signal casings. Furthermore, it creates new lighting concepts directly through a crystal-like plastic body. Only the precision of CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes allow this new design and its performance opportunities. 

The luminous flux required for the TranzLight technology is generated by the intensiLED® procedure developed by motogadget. It consists of three important pillars: 

• Specifically selected, high output LED with maximum efficiency and 7W total output and a service life of more than 50,000 hours.
• IC controlled constant power source with 330 kHz pulses.
• Special collimator optics precisely bundles the emission light from the LED into the plastic body.

The subtle aluminum casing is used for the secure mount of the plastic body only and includes the electronic control system and high-end LEDs. Traditionally, the casing is machined using CNC technology, available with an anodized black or mirror polish surface, and furnished with an elegant finish of laser inscriptions. 

The turn signal for handlebar end installation has a very low construction height and, due to the transparent disc, the m.blaze shows up with a very neutral and subtle look. That's why the m.blaze is the perfect match for many styles and all types of motorbikes. 

Like any other conventional LED turn signal, the turn signal kit can be operated with load resistors or any of our load-independent flasher relays (m.flash, m.wave, m.stop, m.relais+). 

The m.blaze disc has an E mark and front turn signal approval.

This is motogadget's third turn signal, which uses the new TranzLight technology (TLT, patent pending). This progressive development approach is not limited to simple miniaturization of turn signal housings, but designs the light directly via a crystal-like plastic body. Only precise optical CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes make this novel design and its function possible.

The light flux required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the motogadget's intensiLED® process and consists of three important components three important components:

• Selected high-performance LEDs with maximum efficiency and a total output of 9W with a service life of more than 50,000 hours
• An IC-controlled constant current regulation clocked at 330kHz
  
• A special collimator optic that couples the light from the LED precisely into the plastic body
  

The discreet aluminum housing is only used for the stable mounting of the glass body and the integration of control electronics and high-end LEDs. Of course, the housing is CNC-manufactured, black anodized or highly polished and finely inscribed by laser.

The handlebar end turn signal builds very flat and appears through the transparent disc neutral and inconspicuous. Thus, it fits many styles and the most diverse motorcycles. The flasher can be operated like any other LED flasher with load resistors or all our load-independent flasher relays (mo.flash, mo.wave, mo.stop, mo.relay+).

The handlebar end blinker mo.blaze disc presented here has an E-mark and is ECE-approved as a front blinker.

The mo.blaze adapter Triumph enables the installation of our turn signals with M8 thread, especially the mo.blaze pin, on the original turn signal mounts of all water-cooled Triumph Twins from 2016.

The shape of the adapter fits exactly to the original mount of Triumph motorcycles and will fasten with a stainless steel screw. The indicators are simply pushed into the bore of the adapter with the threaded piece and fixed with a grub screw. The adapters are CNC-milled from aluminum and black anodized. They fit both front and back.
