1" Deluxe Line Clutch Lever Assembly 

Made from forged aluminum body, our DELUXE line cable control comes in aluminum clamp with brass or aluminum lever, perfectly matching our deluxe master cylinder, available for clutch side or for brake side, it fits all 1" handlebars. The left side comes with a special cable pin, for early and late cable clutches. The right side works perfectly with mechanical drum brakes, with our wire master cylinder, and in many custom applications. Available in 4 different finishes, polish, satin, raw and black finish. Auto-Resetting Circuit Breaker Kit

This Auto Resetting Circuit Breaker Kit consists of an AT0 inline fuse holder and auto-resetting, 10 amp blade circuit breaker. The wire is not included but can be purchased here

The way this fuse holder is designed eliminates the need for any soldering or crimping, requiring very little tooling to install. 

Some advantages of using our circuit breaker kit over a fuse are below:

• The circuit breaker auto resets after tripping, eliminating the need to ever replace a fuse
• The circuit breaker is more sensitive than a fuse, which causes it to trip quicker.

7/8" Bootlegger Handlebars

TC Bros. 7/8" Bootlegger Handlebars are made in the USA from 7/8 inch OD x 0.095" wall premium American steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The unique, 3-bend design is produced on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. These bars feature a satin black powdercoat finish for durability and great looks.

The bungs on the bottom of these bars are internally threaded to accept metric M12x1.75 mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket metric triple trees with removable risers that are 100mm (3.937") center to center spacing.

The 100mm riser spacing is commonly found on metric motorcycles including Yamaha XS650 models.

The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock 12mm (0.472") diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 9.5" of rise, sufficient pullback, and a 24" overall width, these bars are narrow, unique, and comfortable for the long rides. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most motorcycles.

1" Speedline Handlebars

Our 1" Speedline Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 7.5" of rise and 2" pullback, these bars look great and give a riding position that makes you want to hit up some twisty roads. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Both configurations are drilled and have removable endcaps to make internal wiring a much easier job.

Available in two finishes: Triple chrome plated, or durable satin black powdercoat.

1" Rabbit Handlebars - Black

Our 1" Rabbit Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The uprights of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 10" of pullback and an 18" overall width, these bars are super comfortable and pay tribute to the traditional chopper styling made famous in the 1970’s. These bars are designed for custom chopper applications, but usually fit stock cables and brake lines on most Harley models.

Available in one configuration: "Smooth" for custom applications, pre-1982 Harley controls, or aftermarket hand controls.

These are not currently available "dimple" to fit 1982-newer OEM Harley hand controls.

1/8" NPT Steel Bung

TC Bros. 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) bungs are most commonly used for oil tank fittings or when building custom fuel level sight gauges.

Proudly made in the USA from premium American 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding.

Note: NPT threads are tapered. They are only designed to be used with corresponding NPT threaded fittings or pipe. The tapered design allows the threads to create a leak-proof seal when tightened. They are not to be used with standard bolts or hardware. These bungs install easily by inserting into a 5/8" diameter hole and welding around the 7/8" diameter flange. See photos for all dimensions.

From forged aluminum construction, CLASSIC line cable control matches perfectly our CLASSIC brake master cylinder. Available for clutch and brake side, it fits all 1" handlebars. Both clutch and brake lever assemblies come with 2 cable pins for early and late style cables. The brake lever assemblies work perfectly with mechanical drum brakes, with our wire master cylinder and in many custom applications. Available in 4 different finishes, polish, satin, raw and Black.
