Exfil-3 2.0

Just the right size with multiple entry points for charging cords, fleece-lined interior pockets, easy-access exterior pockets and lots of MOLLE makes this the most practical EXFIL® bag yet. Tyson 1" - Black

Our first riserless bar for fans of the club-style Dyna look. If your machine has H-D Throttle-by-Wire technology or internal wiring, go with our Tyson XL, which features larger diameter tubing. These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120” wall 4130 Chromoly tubes. Available slotted to accept OEM Harley-Davidson hand controls.

Moto Handlebars 1"

A modern interpretation of the classic dirt-bike handlebar, built with quality materials and smart ergonomics to fit and feel great on track-inspired Sportsters, British and Japanese customs. These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120” wall 4130 Chromoly tubes. Available smooth for a custom application, slotted to accept OEM Harley-Davidson hand controls, or TBW to accept Harley's Throttle-By-Wire control module. Only our TBW versions of this bar are pre-drilled in the center portion of the bar for internal wiring.

Counterintuitive though it might seem, aerosol WD-40 spray lubricant is our chemical of choice for installing Biltwell moulded TPV grips. "But it's oil!" you say. Yes, but WD-40's combination of aerosol propellant and organic-based lubricant is perfect for sliding tight grips onto clean metal tubes. A quick 1- or 2-second blast into the open end of the grip is all it takes. Once installed, WD-40's chemical compound melts the grip interior just enough to make it stick to the bar like glue, without the mess. IMPORTANT: Wait 24 hours after installation before riding to give grips time to set up on the bars. Immediately after installation, you can add safety wire wraps to both ends of the grips; this old motocross trick works great to reduce grip slip on the bars and throttle tube.
