Handlebar Riser Adapter for Springer Front Ends 3.5" centers - Chrome

Use this bracket to adapt your 4.75" springer riser spacing to the more common 3.5" spacing found on standard Harley front ends. This enables you to run many different styles of handlebars on your aftermarket springer front end including riserless handlebars with 3.5" spacing. Note that this adapter will NOT work with risers that are "bolt-thru" style (such as TCB Part #101-0040, #101-0041, #101-0042, #101-0043). Any handlebar risers used with this adapter must be internally threaded with 1/2-13 internal threads. Please also note that this adapter only fits AFTERMARKET springer front ends with 1/2-20 internal threads (brands such as Moto Iron, Paughco, DNA, Hardbody, etc.). This adapter does not fit OEM Harley springer front ends as they have larger diameter riser threads.

6" Raw Flat Fender

6" flat profile fenders are among the highest quality you will find. Unlike others on the market, our fenders are actually designed for motorcycle use. These fenders feature a 27" diameter (13.5" radius) that follows motorcycle tires made for both 16" and 18" rear wheels. Weld-On License Plate Bracket

The good folks over at Prism Supply Co have designed a license plate bracket to work with any new or vintage license plate.  It's perfect for that sissy bar application. Comes in either stainless or mild steel with a thickness of 8 gauge or 0.1285".

1/4" NPT Steel Weld-In Petcock Bung

TC Bros. 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) bungs are most commonly used for gas tank petcock bungs or for oil tank fittings.

Proudly made in the USA from premium American 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding.

Note: NPT threads are tapered. They are only designed to be used with corresponding NPT threaded fittings or pipe. The tapered design allows the threads to create a leak proof seal when tightened. They are not to be used with standard bolts or hardware.

These bungs install easily by inserting into a 3/4" diameter hole and welding around the 1" diameter flange. See photos for all dimensions.

Yamaha XS650 Weld On Hardtail Frame

Yamaha XS650 weld-on rigid hard tail frame section. This is the easiest way to make your XS650 into a chopper or bobber. They incorporate 3" of stretch and 5" of ground clearance for a very balanced look and stance that is very rideable. They are designed to use your XS650's stock wheel, tire, spacers, and chain adjusters. They are constructed of 1 1/8" diameter steel tubing with .120" wall thickness. The 1 1/8" diameter is also the same as the stock XS650 frame tubing for a very nice looking install that looks like it was factory made. The axle plates are cut from 3/8" thick steel and have an integrated mount hole for easy fender mounting. The hardtail was designed using the latest CAD software and built in a CNC machined fixture for a perfect fit every time. The lower rails have solid steel slugs welded into them that fit into the stock frame tubes for strength and easy assembly. Mounting instructions are included with every kit.

Only for use with 1970-1983 Yamaha XS650. Can't be used with any other Yamaha or other manufacturer motorcycles.

Ucor Tank - Universal Coolant Overflow Reservoir

This UcorTank (Universal Coolant Overflow Reserve Tank) includes a vented cap, O-ring, 2 coolant line fittings, and two clamps to attach to your frame. Includes everything you need to install and it's a downright pretty alternative to the gross plastic reservoir under your bike!

This universal coolant reservoir is handmade from 1.75" OD stainless steel, approx 7.5" long with a 6061A aluminum cap and high-quality brass hose fittings designed to make function totally fashionable. This simple and effective stainless overflow reservoir clamps onto the down tubes of your frame using simple tools to install.

Fits Honda Shadows and MANY other bikes that require coolant overflow tanks! When chopping a bike, most folks don't want an ugly plastic tank hanging out of their bike. This tank allows you to minimize the number of coolant lines running all over your bike and relocate the coolant overflow reservoir easily. 

Installation will take about 10 minutes, not including bathroom breaks!

How To Install
When removing your stock reservoir, take the overflow line and run it from the thermostat to the top fitting of the reservoir, mount your reservoir on the frame, measure 23.4 times and cut the tubing to fit. Next, cut a section of tubing for your return line approximately 5-6 inches long, cut the bottom end at an angle, and the top end straight. Push the return hose onto the inner barbed fitting and fill with coolant and screw the cap on, then push the overflow line onto the top fitting. DONE! 

This will fit most bikes under 1100cc's that require a coolant overflow.

6" Wide Raw Steel Ribbed Bobber Fender

High quality, one-piece 14ga stamped steel construction for high strength. This fender radius fits great with tall sidewall vintage style 16" rear tires such as the Shinko Super Classic 270 as well as 18" and 19" rear tires. Fender is 6" Wide, 29" from tip to tip, and just under 13" tall overall. The timeless, classic look of these fenders are very similar to Wassell style British fenders produced back in the 1960s, except these are brand new, and thicker material for increased strength!

Antique Style Springer - Black/Copper

Universal Weld-On Hardtail Frame Kit

TC Bros. Universal Hardtail Chopper Frame Kit. Tubing is 1 1/8" Diameter Steel with .120 (about 1/8" wall thickness. This tubing is the same as we use on our XS650 & CB750 weld on hardtails. The axle plates are cut from 3/8" thick steel and have an integrated mounting tab for easy fender mounting. The axle slots are 20mm (.787") which is a common metric axle size. In addition to the cross tubes offered, we also include solid cold-rolled steel slugs that fit tightly into the inner diameter of the tubing for joining the hardtail to the stock frame tubes.

This is perfect for builders out there looking to do a unique bike. You can determine stretch, ground clearance, width, etc. Fitment possibilities are nearly endless. Remember that since this kit is universal, you will be responsible for modifying your frame and making this kit fit and function properly. All modification is done at your own risk.
