TC Bros. King & Queen hardtail chopper seats feature quality American construction and timeless looks. Handmade in the USA, these seats are designed to be a perfect fit to their 1982-03 Sportster weld-on hardtails using their mounting kit, fender, and sissy bar (sold separately). Six 5/16-18 threaded mounts on the heavy 14ga powder-coated steel seat pan make it possible to fit these seats to many other hardtail frames as well. Hand-stitched from 100% Marine grade vinyl, these seats look like leather but without the maintenance. Bolt-on some serious style to your bike with this seat!

Weld On Solo Seat Spring Mounts

TC Bros. Choppers pair of Custom Weld on Chopper/Bobber Solo Seat Spring mounts.

Great for torsion style seat springs.

CNC Machined from 1018 cold rolled steel and are ready to weld on. 
Stainless Steel Studs are 5/16"-18 thread and base is 1" diameter with a 1 1/8" radius coped into the mount. Easily fits 1" and 1 1/4" cross tubes.

Kit Includes 2 CNC Machined mild steel mounts, 2 stainless steel washers, 2 stainless steel studs, 2 nylock nuts. (seat springs not included).

Just like their front seat pivot these are universal and can fit endless applications.

With its heavy duty, one piece forged rear legs and beefy 1" diameter front legs, these springers offer a high strength level of quality at a price that cannot be beaten. When viewing next to leading competitors, the differences were easy for us to see why they are the better choice. These Springers will fit most Harley Davidson Big Twins from 1949-Present and 1982-2003 Sportsters with 1" neck bearings. Not for use on Dyna Models.

Fitment Notes:

• These are designed to fit most Harley Davidson Big Twins from 1949-Present and 1982-2003 Sportsters with 1" neck bearings and 3/4" Axle.
• They include a 1" diameter steering stem, 3/4" diameter axle, and wheel spacers.
• The included wheel spacers are designed to fit Harley Wide Glide Wheels from 1984 - 1999. They work with a 11.5" Harley Brake Rotor (84-99), and Springer type brake calipers.  
• To install on 1952-1981 Sportsters, a 7/8" - 1" neck cup conversion kit will be needed. 
• You can run other wheels (Narrow Glide, etc...) but you will need to cut your own wheel spacers in order to do so.
• The top tree accepts 1/2"-20 fine thread risers and the riser spacing is 4.75" center to center (same as OEM Harley Springers) keep that in mind when purchasing handlebars.
• If you want to run Harley OEM style handlebars with 3.5" riser spacing you will need to purchase a riser adaptor kit 

These will not fit the following bikes:

• 2004 & newer Harley Sportsters because of turning radius and fork lock interference
• Dyna wide glide or narrow glide. 
• Yamaha XS650, unless you purchase a conversion kit
• Vintage Triumph Models unless you purchase a conversion kit

TC Bros. Weld-On Front Solo Seat Pivot / Hinge for Bobbers & Choppers

This pivot bracket is made from one piece of 3/16" steel for the ultimate in strength and simplicity. Unlike welded pivot brackets, the one piece design eliminates the possibility of a cracked seat pivot bracket caused by a failed weld. It also makes for a very low profile that looks great on just about every aftermarket spring style solo seat made. The long slotted holes permit a wide range of fitments and allow for adjustability. The finish on the bracket is black powdercoat for durability. This simple design also permits the weld-on mount to be mounted to either a round frame tube or a flat surface without a standoff and without interference to the pivoting action because the weld-on pivot mount is slightly larger in diameter than the rest of the components. The weld-on pivot mount is raw finish steel and ready to weld. The 3/8" hex socket cap bolt is stainless steel, as well as the washer and nylock nut so they will never rust. The replaceable bushings are oil impregnated bronze for a squeak free ride and very long life. Fitment possibilities are nearly endless. If you have a solo seat with springs on it, this bracket will probably fit.

MSM Combi Frame with Indicator Lights

The msm combi frame allows installation of motoscope mini to the handle bar with additional mounting hardware. 5 indicator lights and series resistors are pre-installed. The device is machined from solid aluminum and available in an anodized or polished finish. 

The combi frame comes with approx. 50 cm cable, screws, and manual. Additional mounting parts like the combi Clip-Kit Bracket, combi Bolt-On Bracket, combi Weld-In Bracket or combi Mounting Bracket are required. The motoscope mini itself is not included. 

Please note the two orange LEDs are replaced with green ones according to EU regulations since 2011.

Dyna Mid Controls Kit Fits

Customize and upgrade the look and feel of your Harley Davidson Dyna with a high quality USA Made bolt on mid controls kit from TC Bros. Designed to fit all 1991-2017 Dyna Models (see fitment notes below). These controls not only look great, but are much higher performing than factory mid controls. The foot peg position is slightly higher and much closer to the engine, providing for increased lean angle before the pegs will contact the pavement. Fitment Notes:

• Kit includes everything required to install on a 1991-2017 Dyna that came with factory Harley mid controls. If you have a model that came with factory forward controls, additional hardware is required for install. Cost and difficulty varies greatly depending on year & model. For example, 2006-2017 forward controls models are most costly to convert because they require removal/installation of inner and outer primary. Please see table in the install instructions for the list of additional hardware needed before purchase. 

1" Single Cable Motorcycle Throttle

 1" throttles are the perfect solution for eliminating the bulky throttle/switch housings on custom Harley Davidson motorcycles. The minimalist design features an investment cast aluminum housing with classic good looks. The billet aluminum grip tube is CNC machined with a knurled finish to accept a huge variety of aftermarket rubber grips. If you already have one-piece grips (grip with built-in throttle tube) that you love, it is no problem. The unique housing design also accommodates nearly every stock or aftermarket Harley one-piece style grip by simply installing it in place of the included TC Bros. throttle tube. Each throttle includes a variety of HD-style chrome plated ferrules (both threaded and snap lock style) to allow universal fitment of many years, makes, and models. m.switch 2 button

New: Now also with 3 push-buttons per unit. 

The m.switch is a high-quality universal push-button control for handlebars with 1 in. or 22 mm (7/8 in.) tube diameter in a plain and elegant design. 

These finely CNC machined hand controls in combination with an electronic push-button control unit (not included in the kit) are used to operate all electrical features, e.g. lights, turn signal, E-Starter, horn, etc. 

The casing is made from CNC machined billet aluminum and is available in mirror polished or reflective black finished surfaces respectively.
The compact design casing permits mounting two or more units on one handlebar. 

Each unit is equipped with two or three push buttons in black or stainless steel. Different looks matching or contrasting the casing can be combined freely. Two flush built-in M5 stainless steel mounting screws (only one screw on the three-button version) ensure secure and stable clamping of the push-button control to all handlebars. 

The push-buttons are of high quality, very robust design and vibration- and spray water-proof (IP65). The adequate size and ergonomic pressure point (easy, mechanical detent) provide for a definite actuation sensing - even when operated with gloves. This feedback allows shifting without the need to check the operation. 

Each push-button is equipped with two terminals for an easy optional circuit layout with only one or two cables. The internal ground terminal is already provided for the 'one cable layout'. Therefore, the routing of the cable inside the handlebar can be performed easily. 

The push buttons are available separately and can be replaced if damaged. The m.switch is of course compatible with all common push-button controls, e.g. the m-Unit.
