The Acerus - Single Cable Throttle Assembly For Honda Shadow - Natural Aluminum

The Acerus single cable throttle assembly for the Honda Shadows is machined from billet aluminum and made to work seamlessly with the stock Honda Shadow throttle pull cable.  That's right! You do not need to run a push cable!  The stock throttle assembly is quite bulky and lacks any kind of visual aesthetic. Who are we kidding, it's totally haggard! Many folks wish to clean up their bikes' cockpit by removing the stock assembly, relocating their switches, (videos HERE) getting rid of the push cable,https://youtu.be/zXaumYHMutE and going to a single pull cable (videos HERE).

For a perfect fit, it is recommended to pair this with the Malleus Machined Gripset!
Do not over tighten clamp bolts. Use red Loctite on the bolts. Fits 1" bars, will accommodate most grips for 1-inch bars. When clamping the assembly on your bars, a small gap between the upper and lower halves is normal, this ensures that the clamp isn't bottomed out before it can adequately clamp the bars. This allows the clamp to work well on raw material bars or bars that have plating or powder coating. When installing on powder-coated bars, it may be necessary to use a mallet to tap the halves of the assembly together so the bolts can grab the threads. Powder coating isn't an exact science and the thickness can vary from brand to brand, there is no way to anticipate this and if we made the clamps ID bigger, it wouldn't fit chromed bars.  
We advise using a bit of lubricant inside the throttle assembly and under the throttle sleeve for smooth twist action and prolonged life of the parts.

1" Deluxe Line Clutch Lever Assembly 

Made from forged aluminum body, our DELUXE line cable control comes in aluminum clamp with brass or aluminum lever, perfectly matching our deluxe master cylinder, available for clutch side or for brake side, it fits all 1" handlebars. The left side comes with a special cable pin, for early and late cable clutches. The right side works perfectly with mechanical drum brakes, with our wire master cylinder, and in many custom applications. Available in 4 different finishes, polish, satin, raw and black finish. NOTE: the brass cable register is sold separately.

7/8" Window Handlebars

TC Bros. 7/8" Window Handlebars are made in the USA from 7/8 inch OD x 0.095" wall premium American steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display.

The uprights angle inward resulting in a more aggressive look than most traditional windows you will find. These bars look great on a variety of bikes. With 6" of rise and a 27" overall width, these bars are comfortable for most riders. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most motorcycles.

7/8" Bootlegger Handlebars

TC Bros. 7/8" Bootlegger Handlebars are made in the USA from 7/8 inch OD x 0.095" wall premium American steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The unique, 3-bend design is produced on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. These bars feature a satin black powdercoat finish for durability and great looks.

The bungs on the bottom of these bars are internally threaded to accept metric M12x1.75 mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket metric triple trees with removable risers that are 100mm (3.937") center to center spacing.

The 100mm riser spacing is commonly found on metric motorcycles including Yamaha XS650 models.

The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock 12mm (0.472") diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 9.5" of rise, sufficient pullback, and a 24" overall width, these bars are narrow, unique, and comfortable for the long rides. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most motorcycles.

1" Speedline Handlebars

Our 1" Speedline Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 7.5" of rise and 2" pullback, these bars look great and give a riding position that makes you want to hit up some twisty roads. These bars fit stock cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Both configurations are drilled and have removable endcaps to make internal wiring a much easier job.

1" Rabbit Handlebars - Black

Our 1" Rabbit Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. All joints are precision fit and hand TIG welded to a finish you will be proud to display. The bends are created on a CNC mandrel bender for high quality and flawless symmetry. The uprights of these bars are internally threaded to accept standard ½-13 tpi mounting bolts. They are designed to fit stock or aftermarket Harley Davidson triple trees with removable risers that are 3.5" center to center spacing. The riserless design of these handlebars allows them to mount directly to the stock ½" diameter holes in the top of the triple tree, making for a very clean install. With 10" of pullback and an 18" overall width, these bars are super comfortable and pay tribute to the traditional chopper styling made famous in the 1970’s. These bars are designed for custom chopper applications, but usually fit stock cables and brake lines on most Harley models.

Available in one configuration: "Smooth" for custom applications, pre-1982 Harley controls, or aftermarket hand controls.

These are not currently available "dimple" to fit 1982-newer OEM Harley hand controls.

Knurled riser clamp locations are 4.75" on centers to fit most aftermarket springers (Moto Iron, Paughco, DNA, Hardbody, etc) and stock Harley springer front ends. With 12" of rise and sufficient pullback, these bars are tall while remaining very comfortable. These bars generally require extended cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Dimpled bars are drilled for internal wiring.

16" Narrow Apes Handlebars - 1"  

Our 16" Rise Narrow Apes Handlebars are made from 1 inch OD x 0.109" wall premium steel tubing. They are CNC mandrel bent for ultra-smooth bends and flawless symmetry. Knurled riser clamp locations are 3.5" on centers to fit standard Harley spacing (not springer) and prevent bars from slipping once installed. With 16" of rise and sufficient pullback, these bars are tall enough to make a statement, while still being rideable. These bars generally require extended cables, brake lines, and wiring on most Harley models. They look great on any Harley, but especially good on Narrow glide front ends because, unlike most ape hangers on the market, the bottom of these bars are not wider than the trees.

Available in two configurations: "Smooth" for custom applications or pre-1982 controls, or "Dimple" for 1982-newer Harley controls. Dimpled bars are drilled for internal wiring.

From forged aluminum construction, CLASSIC line cable control matches perfectly our CLASSIC brake master cylinder. Available for clutch and brake side, it fits all 1" handlebars. Both clutch and brake lever assemblies come with 2 cable pins for early and late style cables. The brake lever assemblies work perfectly with mechanical drum brakes, with our wire master cylinder and in many custom applications. Available in 4 different finishes, polish, satin, raw and Black.
